My wife and I had decided to purchase an S Series A5 that we drove and really liked after working with our Sales Rep, Michael Bates. He is so friendly with a funny and warm personality. It was like we had known Jon for years. He knew I was interested in the playoff game on TV and he was able to get the paperwork completed and signed quickly while I could keep an eye on the game. It was a real pleasure to work with Jon. Our first visit to this dealership was at lunch today and Nikki took very good care of us, even though we are only considering the purchase of pre-owned vehicle versus a new one, at this point.
