Extremely Disappointing I purchased a used vehicle from the North Atlanta store in September and since this purchase I have constantly had to drop the car off for one issue a I purchased a used vehicle from the North Atlanta store in September and since this purchase I have constantly had to drop the car off for one issue after another. From the display motor to worn out seals, there is just a list of issues popping up and none of this was mentioned or repaired prior to my purchase. To further my frustration, the extended warranty I was sold has covered little to none of the true issue with the car which I am sure service department was aware of prior to my purchase (the suspension had 60+ error messages). I did not believe that this is the quality of service that Nalley would expect from their stores so I decided to reach out to the general manager of this location to give them an opportunity to address my concerns. Used or new, the vehicle should have been brought up to standard prior to selling the vehicle. I emailed the General Manager Paula McCannon but I received no response. Ai this point I would recommend that you avoid Nalley at all costs and purchase from Jim Ellis Audi. There is a reason they are the number one dealership in the country right now. More
Ask to see the price for yourself FIRST My mother, stepfather, and I went to this dealership with the intent of just looking, but as usual we were approached by a salesman, KJ (from Great Br My mother, stepfather, and I went to this dealership with the intent of just looking, but as usual we were approached by a salesman, KJ (from Great Britain since there's two Kevin's apparently). He then did the typical salesperson thing of showing us what we were looking for and we saw the most beautiful car. We asked him before we got in to test drive, "How much is this car?" His response, "$48,000 and we have another one in the high $30,000's." We were perfectly fine with that price, so we decided to go ahead and test drive it. In the car, as we test drive and he continues to explain the features, we ask him TWO MORE TIMES the exact same question as above, and he gives us the EXACT SAME ANSWER. Since we are comfortable that the price he told us is correct, we decide to go through with crunching the numbers and starting paperwork. We sat down to begin the process and he pulls up the information of the car. Surprise, surprise! The car was actually FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS! Oh! And that other car he mentioned? That one was in the $48,000 range! His only response to us pointing out his TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR "mistake"??? "Oh, I'm sorry if i misled you." Needless to say IF we decide to look at Audi again, we will either go to a different dealership completely, or ensure that we're working with a different salesman who will hopefully be more honest upfront. Salesmen like this give other car salesmen a bad name. More

Then they start all the calls and emails to try to get us back in to renegotiate. Audi North has hit my budget on their first offer both times. Excellent Saturday Service I made an appointment for an oil change on my Q5 on Saturday, Feb 7th, only to realize that I had made the appointment at the wrong dealer. Even on a Saturday, Audi North Atlanta worked me in and had me back on the road in about an hour. Oh, and they didn't make me feel like a real dummy for not knowing where I had made my original appointment! I will definitely be using Audi North Atlanta for all my service needs! More

This is the worst experience I ever had ...I posted the review down below on Yelp around a mount ago . A few days later the General Manager posted a comment, and I think they wanted to fix my mirror and i believed them, but i was wrong. i tried to contact Paula McCanonn ( More than 15 calls ) but I didn't get in contact with Ms McCanon . We left a message to her. Then a few days later a man from Audi called us and we described our situation to him . Then this man said that he was gonna order the parts for our car and gonna call us whenever he get the parts . Three week later we call to ask what happen but no body knew what we were asking about, of course . And then the customer services directed us to the Parts department. And The person from the parts department said that the parts for our car had never been ordered !!!!!!!!then he transfer our call to the general manager again, but can you guess ?....no answer of course . This is not all , towards the end of December I visited the Audi north Atlanta to cancel my road hazard tire protection plan .The lady in the office cancelled my plan and she said "Boris, in next 30 days you will get a full refund." but here i am, still waiting for the refund, maybe one day I will get my money ....maybe not. (Review from a month ago) 12/29/2014 This is for all future costumers, keep your eyes open wide guys !!!!!! I bought an Audi Q7 2014 y., Pre-owned (12500) miles around a month ago from them, and regret that to this day !!!! They was so nice when they took my money, but after that I'm suddenly nothing to them. After the oil change in their facilities, my side view mirror was damaged, and it stop working properly. I take a look at the mirror and I found glue inside of the mirror (it had been repaired) and i showed this discovery to the service department in Audi North Atlanta!!!! Of course they knew nothing of the glue !!!! Any warranty or help in order to fix my mirror has been rejected because of the glue. 2000 $$$ from my pocket, it's not about the money, but the way they treat me as a customer, as if it was my fault They told me to take my keys, leave and have a good day !!! Even though they claimed to know nothing about the glue, when i bought the car, the sales man assured that the car was very carefully inspected, and the inspectors said everything was in check and brand new. And i am 120% sure that i didn't glue my own mirror back into place.
