Excellent Saturday Service I made an appointment for an oil change on my Q5 on Saturday, Feb 7th, only to realize that I had made the appointment at the wrong dealer. Even on a Saturday, Audi North Atlanta worked me in and had me back on the road in about an hour. Oh, and they didn't make me feel like a real dummy for not knowing where I had made my original appointment! I will definitely be using Audi North Atlanta for all my service needs! More
I am completely disappointed from this business I don"t know but somebody remove my post from Yelp . This is the worst experience I ever had ...I posted the review down below on Yelp around a mount ago . A few days later the General Manager posted a comment, and I think they wanted to fix my mirror and i believed them, but i was wrong. i tried to contact Paula McCanonn ( More than 15 calls ) but I didn't get in contact with Ms McCanon . We left a message to her. Then a few days later a man from Audi called us and we described our situation to him . Then this man said that he was gonna order the parts for our car and gonna call us whenever he get the parts . Three week later we call to ask what happen but no body knew what we were asking about, of course . And then the customer services directed us to the Parts department. And The person from the parts department said that the parts for our car had never been ordered !!!!!!!!then he transfer our call to the general manager again, but can you guess ?....no answer of course . This is not all , towards the end of December I visited the Audi north Atlanta to cancel my road hazard tire protection plan .The lady in the office cancelled my plan and she said "Boris, in next 30 days you will get a full refund." but here i am, still waiting for the refund, maybe one day I will get my money ....maybe not. (Review from a month ago) 12/29/2014 This is for all future costumers, keep your eyes open wide guys !!!!!! I bought an Audi Q7 2014 y., Pre-owned (12500) miles around a month ago from them, and regret that to this day !!!! They was so nice when they took my money, but after that I'm suddenly nothing to them. After the oil change in their facilities, my side view mirror was damaged, and it stop working properly. I take a look at the mirror and I found glue inside of the mirror (it had been repaired) and i showed this discovery to the service department in Audi North Atlanta!!!! Of course they knew nothing of the glue !!!! Any warranty or help in order to fix my mirror has been rejected because of the glue. 2000 $$$ from my pocket, it's not about the money, but the way they treat me as a customer, as if it was my fault They told me to take my keys, leave and have a good day !!! Even though they claimed to know nothing about the glue, when i bought the car, the sales man assured that the car was very carefully inspected, and the inspectors said everything was in check and brand new. And i am 120% sure that i didn't glue my own mirror back into place. Tres was very friendly, knowledgeable, accomodating, customer oriented. he came in on his day off to meet me at the dealership and worked around my busy time schedule. he was polite, courteous, and never used any high pressured sales. With his help and Michael Bates, we finally settled on the S4 line that met our budget needs. We took it home the next day and are enjoying this great car. More

I recently purchased another Audi at North Atlanta and it was the best buying process I have ever encountered. Michael Bates and Greg Savitt are cosummate professionals that deliver a very high level of service throughout the buying process. In the service department, Joey McGary has worked with me for years through multiple Audis among others (including Amy Pluger). The fantastic service team is a large part of the reason I keep coming back to Audi North Atlanta. I know I will be well taken care of after each purchase. Bought Another from Jon and Michael 3 months ago I bought a new A7 from Jon Bush and Michael Bates. I recently decided to purchase a 2015 S8 as well. I did contact all other Audi deale 3 months ago I bought a new A7 from Jon Bush and Michael Bates. I recently decided to purchase a 2015 S8 as well. I did contact all other Audi dealerships in the Atlanta area about my desire for the car. Jon Bush and North Atlanta was by far the quickest to respond. I worked with Jon and Debbie Graber... could not have been happier. Debbie was exextremely professional and to the point. Once again, no games and very direct pricing that was better than all the other dealerships in the area. Since I had an established relationship, the entire purchasing process was quick and easy by dealership terms. Debbie and I agreed on a time for me to arrive the following day and the entire process from start to finish took about an hour. Once again, Jon, Michael and Debbie delivered a product and experience consistent or better than many "supercar" dealerships in the area. More

He was so friendly and HONEST, which is extremely hard to come by these days. Since purchasing my car, I have called him with multiple questions that he was answered every single time. He not only found me my dream car, but took all of the stress off of my shoulders so that the whole process was easy and as quick as possible. More

I had to reschedule and he immediately sent an email with the new time - no fuss. The drive was great. He allowed us all the time we needed to look at the car. It was used and still had a slight pet odor and was a little dirty and he assured us that would be taken care of. We had other cars to check out, but he didn't pressure us at all, just reminded us it might not be there later. He called us over the weekend to let us know the car was still around. When we came back, they had done an amazing job of detailing the interior! He allowed us to drive it again and when we decided to purchase, he was as efficient as possible with the paper work, all while being friendly and enthusiastic. It was a great experience and I felt he really cared about us getting what we needed, not just about selling a car. More
