My salesman - Diego - was a pleasure to work with. He had an upbeat and can-do attitude and wanted to make sure he understood what I was looking for. There are a lot of features on the car and Diego explained the details of each one very well after I purchased the vehicle. Working with Diego and Andre was a five star experience! The only negative part of the process was being pressured with the sale of a third party warranty. We paid cash for the car but still required to meet with the finance manager (we waited for over an hour). The finance manager was from Lexus dealership (on loan) and he proceeded to discuss how Lexus was a much better car and we needed this warranty - gave the impression of an unreliable Audi. I was influenced to buy the warranty but after going home and thinking about it and doing research I was able to cancel the warranty fairly easily. Overall the experience was very positive. More

The level of incompetence displayed by the staff at this dealership was quite striking. I had brought my Audi A5 to their establishment due to a persistent knocking sound emanating from the left side of the dealership was quite striking. I had brought my Audi A5 to their establishment due to a persistent knocking sound emanating from the left side of the vehicle. Unfortunately, it appeared that the staff, including their Service Director Kenny, failed to truly listen to my concerns. Instead, they proceeded to order incorrect parts, all of which were geared toward addressing issues on the right side of the vehicle. Despite my repeated insistence that the sound originated from the left side, the technical team, along with their leadership, persisted in their own troubleshooting methods. This resulted in me incurring substantial charges for both parts and labor. After the purchase of a strut and an axle, along with a labor cost of $5000, the dealership essentially washed their hands of the matter, informing me that the sound still persisted on the left side and that additional diagnostic work would require further payment. In my experience, encountering such a collective lack of professionalism in a single place has been truly disheartening. They never took a genuine interest in my problem, instead were focused on extracting money. I wish I could rate them even less than a star. More
