Went in for a warranty repair (class action extension) and I emailed the Service Advisor all the necessary documents (pdf copy of repair coverage, contact information for class action administrator and co and I emailed the Service Advisor all the necessary documents (pdf copy of repair coverage, contact information for class action administrator and copy/pasted verbiage into the email body showing our coverage). Even after all of those preemptive measures, had to spend literally 4 hours of my life arguing with the Service Advisor on the amount of coverage. To ensure I wasn't loosing my mind, I called the class action administrator who confirmed our coverage and said ''if they won't comply, sir they are violating a court order''. I informed the Service Advisor of that and he replied 'my warranty person said it will only cover this'. Okay but this ‘warranty person’ didn’t read anything that was sent to them, because it’s in black and white. I informed the Service Advisor of what the claims administrator told me and to please contact them, the response back was ‘okie dokie’. Finally, I get a email back saying 'the Service Manger informed us that it will cover X percentage (that amount I have been saying all along)'. Unfortunately, our story with Audi North Atlanta doesn’t end there. I had to pay for an Uber out of pocket to pick up our car and because supposedly they were no loaners available for two days straight, ‘because we are out’. Upon getting to Audi North Atlanta, I see 3 loaners sitting outside the service center. 1 Q3 and 2 Q5s. Awesome. I get the keys to our car and it looked it was hosed down by a muddy garden hose. Fantastic. Before I leave, I check the coolant level and it was normal. Drive home, parked it. Before my wife takes it back out the next day, I check the level again and it's way below the minimum line…again. Yeah that figures. Get the car towed again to the dealer around 2 am with an email (cc’ing the Service Manager and General Manager) and a note taped to the dash stating the issues and asking 'please let me know if you have a loaner as soon as possible'. Get an email (no phone call mind you), stating they will work on it and let me know when they get a loaner. Yeah okay. A couple hours later, it's fixed. Of course no follow up on the loaner but whatever. I get them to pay for a Lyft, get to the service center and see 2 loaners (Q5s) sitting out there (figures). Picked up the car, now the coolant is now doing the complete opposite, it’s way beyond the max line in the tank. More

It was clean and well located. The reason I didn’t give it five stars is because of the reception area. I didn’t hate that at the same time because it is so uncomfortable being swarmed by salespeople when entering a dealership. More
I took my car in to get the radiator replaced and a sensor reattached. The radiator was replaced however, now I’m getting an error. Parking assistance is not working.
