The set of tires was recently purchased - six months ago - and was glad that I could be serviced quickly and was covered with an $85 deduct problem. In addition, I appreciated the overall evaluation of the car - identifying a need to replace my rear brakes in another 2,500 miles. The video from the tech who worked on the car was also quite helpful. I am contrasting my interaction with the Audi service department to a horrific experience later in the week when my other car (a 2012 Volvo XC60 with 115,000 miles) had an engine failure (ignition coil problem) on Rte. 128.
