I had an excellent experience with Bernardi Audi. My lease on my Range Rover Sport was coming to an end and I wanted to look at other cars before making a decision. Dan & Kevin worked beautifully as a team and were extremely knowledgable about the car and were able to walk me through in laymans terms why the Q5 was a perfect car for my present needs. I do alot of driving in my business and need a car that can handle all weather but has a luxury look and feel. The Q5 was a perfect fit and what impressed me most was that we didn't need to have the back and forth pricing game you often play when it comes to closing the sale. They gave me their best price first time around and did not put any pressure on me to sign on the dotted line during the first visit. I was able to test drive the other two vehicles I was looking at and then felt able to make an informed decision. I came back to Audi the next day and we closed the deal. They went way above and beyond to find me the exact interior and exterior colors I wanted as there was only one in the country. They were optimistic, positive and reassuring. They were able to find the exact car I wanted and Dan did an amazing job going over all of the bells and whistles of the car when I picked it up yesterday. It was a wonderful experience and I cant wait to recommend them to my peers and clients. I love my new car and am grateful to Dan and Kevin M for making it a great experience! More
I was on the fence between purchasing a BMW or an Audi. My initial visit was simply to see in person some of the models I researched online. Dan and Diego worked as a team and didn't *sell* me a car. Instead, they helped me make my own decisions on what features Audi had to offer. They were extremely helpful and I liked the way the supported each other. If all representatives at Bernardi are as professional as these two, then you will have a great experience purchasing a vehicle. I had such a good experience, I suggested to a good friend of mine that she also come to talk to Dan or Diego. Although she was initially working with another dealership, she closed the deal with Bernardi Audi because we were able to easily work with Dan and Diego. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I have had poor experiences purchasing cars in the past. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another car at this dealership. Dan and Diego are top-notch! More

I have always been quite skeptical of the car buying process and unscrupulous sales tactics. So when I came into the dealership I was prepared for the worst but left feeling I'd had a great purchasing e process and unscrupulous sales tactics. So when I came into the dealership I was prepared for the worst but left feeling I'd had a great purchasing experience! I'd already done a lot of research and had test driven both the A5 and S5 before coming to Bernardi. So I knew exactly what I wanted in terms of model, colors, and features. The Audi dealer I test drove the car at did a very cursory search to locate a vehicle with the features I wanted and didn't seem open to negotiate the price/color/feature combination. In comparison, Steve and his team talked to me about my ideal color/feature combination and the price that I was comfortable with. When no car was available with the combination I wanted, Steve and Kevin worked with me to identify several alternatives. In the end I was pretty set on the Meteor grey/cinnamon brown color combination and was resigned to having to factory order and wait 2-5 months for delivery. They pulled out all the stops to locate one and found one with more features than I wanted which they offered to me at the same price we'd agreed to previously. When I signed on the dotted line there were no tricks or surprises - the price out the door was exactly what we agreed to. They informed me of several additional services like tire protection and Audi Care but did not pressure me to buy anything. Kevin provided me with dealer rates for the scheduled maintenance so I could make an informed choice about Audi Care. I ended up springing for the Audi Care because the cost was ~50% less than the dealer rates for scheduled servicing. I’ve gotten a beautiful car, with all the features I wanted (and more), at a price that I am very happy with! On 3-7-09 I brought my wife's 2006 A4 in for a service call about a noise she was hearing from the engine. I arrived about 15 minutes prior to the time they gave me. I picked up my preowned A6 today and I can't say enough about the good experience I had at Bernardi. I was trading in my 2004 A6, which was getting older and was soon to be out of warranty, for a preowned about the good experience I had at Bernardi. I met Diego and told him what I wanted--within a few minutes they had located the car I wanted in New York. I was somewhat nervous about commiting to a car which I didn't see, but I can only say that this car and the customer service I received by far exceeded all my expectations. Overall, all of the people at the dealer were extremely friendly--no high pressure--just a very pleasant negotiation which left everybody happy. I must add that Diego is the sweetest car rep I have ever met--he gets an A+ and I look forward to dealing with him in the future! More
