Everyone I dealt with, from my salesman (Bobby Ollari) to the sales manager (Dave Hamilton) treated me with honesty, integrity and professionalism. Unfotunatley, I found Bernardi's sales approach to be more the exception than the rule. Although I had to drive further to Beranardi Audi than some of their competitors, I found it well worth the effort. Some of their competitors were either inattentive or rather unprofessional. They seemed to fall into two camps. That it was my job to get a salesperson to help me or I had to request salesperson back off from the "used car salesman" hard sell approach. Neither style is suitable to the premium brand I was purchasing, nor any brand for that matter. In the end it comes down to who you want to work with long term. How will I be treated after the sale. Based on my experience to date, I expect I will be treated very well and I look forward to working with Bernardi in the future. I would recommend Bernardi Audi without reservation. More
My convertible top stopped working in the middle of going down. I tried everything in the book and nothing worked. It was Wednesday, Aug 5th around 5pm and thunderstorms were predicted for the afternoon. down. I tried everything in the book and nothing worked. It was Wednesday, Aug 5th around 5pm and thunderstorms were predicted for the afternoon. I called Bernardi Service and they advised me to tow the car rather than try to drive it. They were afraid if I drove it the top could be serverely damaged. They said they would wait for me, to just let them know when the tow truck was expected to come pick up the car. I could not believe that they were so kind, told me not to worry, they would be there for me even if I arrived after they closed. I can not express how relived I was. When I arrived two hours later, they were waiting for me and made sure I had a loaner car to get home in. I believe service does not get any better than that. More
Tom (sales) and Kevin (manager) helped me pick out a new car. I was somewhat picky in exactly what I wanted, but they found the car and got it to me in a timely manner. Very repsonive and fair with new car sales and trade ins. Bobby is a recent college grad yet he knows the product. The management team was very responive and they made buying a care easy. I purchased my first Audi, a 2009 A6, from Bernardi last month. The entire customer experience was as satisfying as buying a car can be. I went to this dealership because I had a 2001 A6 with over 200,000 miles and it was time to replace it. I loved the car but was not happy with the dealership I bought it from. I contacted Bernardi by internet and Steve called me. Steve was honest, upfront and very low pressure (a real joy and unusual in the car business). I am a first-time car buyer, and was apprehensive about this potentially daunting process. I was looking for an Audi A4 with a particular hard-to-find configuration (A4 S-line with manual transmission). this potentially daunting process. I was about to give up and purchase a similarly-configured car from another manufacturer when I came across the model I was looking for on the Bernardi Audi website. I scheduled an appointment for a test-drive and met Bobby from Sales at the dealership. He was very cordial, informative and enthusiastic, and agreed to let me test-drive my car of interest although it was on the showroom floor and had a manual transmission. He introduced me to Steve, the manager, who I found to be a very straightforward and honest person. Although I found them to be somewhat unwilling to lower their prices, the car was very attractively priced from the start and Kent from finance worked with me to receive a very good APR although I was a first-time car buyer. After we closed the sale, I needed my car in a time-sensitive manner and Bobby was instrumental in making sure that my car went through the service department and was delivered in a timely fashion as we had arranged. (I spoke with the foreman of the service department and he was also very direct, honest and informative). I had been to a few different dealers before I made my purchase at Bernardi, and I found them to put less pressure on the customer than some, and more informative and friendly than others. Overall I had an excellent experience and will remember the Bernardi team in the future for maintenance and vehicle purchases. More
This is my second purchase from Bernardi. I've found them to be accomodating, professional, and reasonably priced. My vehicles have always been serviced and ready for pick-up at the agreed upon time. Diego and Dan are an exceptional sales team: honest, trustworthy and nice. They ask what you want, then they overdeliver. Neither one is pushy or too aggressive.
