WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!! I normally dont ever write reviews but I felt it was absolutely necessary. First off, I am a young professional who at the time, was looking for an new AUDI A4 (that I r write reviews but I felt it was absolutely necessary. First off, I am a young professional who at the time, was looking for an new AUDI A4 (that I recently just purchased from ANOTHER dealer who treated me much better). I simply requested a quote online and was responded-to by a sales associate, Dan. I have nothing bad to say about Dan, he was actually really friendly, it is just unfortunate that he works for such poor management. I called Dan after work as he requested and he suggested I pass by to speak with him before close of business that day. I got there about a half hour before close and about Three hours after my first email to Dan. It was within this half hour that I was literally YELLED at for not making up my mind, this was a large puchase ($37,500.00) to be exact and quite difficult to be made in half hour when I had zero information about the car or its finance options). As I sat there speaking to Dan, contemplating on what I should do, I was being pressured into buying the car, Dan was saying things like "c'mon I am staying here late for you, you made me do all this work" (I was there for barely 20 mins at this time). After being told over and over that this "deal" would expire that day, I simply asked for another 12 hours to think about it. Still unsure, I continued to speak with Dan, I even asked for a brochure because I knew nothing about this car he was pressuring me into purchasing. As i was still sitting there, another associate STEVE (whom I suspect to be in management) came out of his office and starting YELLING. He started by saying "C'MON do we have a deal or what???" and "Why are you wasting our time if you aren't going to buy the car?!" I simply replied that I had been there for 20 minutes and have not made up my mind. I also told him that I didnt appreciate being spoken to like that and he continued YELLING at me and saying he had to go home (this was about 5 minutes after they were to close). I felt bombarded and assaulted as he started walking towards me, a few other men came out of their offices as well. I am a young woman and having a older man come at me like that is just offensive! Dan, whom I was working with, didnt say a word, I think he was shocked and probably upset at STEVE because I was about to buy the car from him and STEVE clearly ruined the deal. STEVE approached me and said "Get out of here" and escorted me by the arm and said "let me not keep you any longer." I was simply shocked and so offended, I barely spoke as he shoved me out the door. This was by far the worst experience of my life, not only was I humiliated but I was verbally assaulted by someone who is supposedly in the customer service business. If this is Bernardi Audi's way of doing business, I would like to know how they sell anything at all. Im sure STEVE didnt think I was going to purchase anything from them nor did he think I would write a review and so on.... I purchased an Audi from another dealer who was wonderful and treated me with respect and professionalism, the way an auto dealer should respect its potential clients. I really hope this helps save anyone out there from the AWFUL customer service I experienced at Bernardi Audi in Natick, MA. *** More
I received a recall notice for the ignition coils for my 2004 Audi A4. Bernardi Audi was happy to schedule service for the next day. I work nearby and they gave me a ride to work and offered to pick me up when the car was ready. This kind of cheerful attention goes a long way in cultivating repeat customers. Everyone was terrific. Bobby was as professional and friendly as one could want. The manager and CEO went out of their way to introduce themselves and make me feel comfortable. I most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in an Audi. The A3 TKI gets over 40 mpg and drives like 6 cylinder cars I've had in the past. More

A few weeks ago I leased a 2010 A4 6-speed manual from Bernardi Audi. I spoke with the GM, Bob Grelotti, before my first visit, tested several cars with Dan and Diego, and in short order connected with Sa Bernardi Audi. Knowing what I wanted, he went out of his way to find me a 6-speed manual that had originally been designated for a NY-area dealer, and proposed a very attracive deal. We negotiated the details, and worked the numbers associated with buying and leasing over several conversations and emails before settling on terms. At all times Steve and his colleagues were pleasant, responsive, and candid. Steve in particular took pains to work out the financial arrangements, show me different options, and suffered through my desire to negotiate every last item. The car was ready when promised (freshly detailed - a nice touch). Diego, one of the pleasant and capable salesmen with whom I interacted at length, spent the better part of an hour with my wife an me, setting up the garage door opener and Bluetooth functions, showing us the various interior controls, introducing us to the Service personnel and discussing whatever remaining issues required explanation. I visited several other dealers, considered several private sellers' cars, and test-drove a total of 6 A4s. Having done my homework, I am confident that I end up with a better deal than I could have secured at any of Bernardi's competitors. I recommend them without reservation. More

I dealt with Dan Kristoff on significant repairs to my 2003 Audi. He was professional, friendly and reponsive when delivering good news and bad. Also clearly outlined issues and options. We purchased a Q5 this week. We came in on day 1 to test drive. There was no pressure we test drove and left, no discussion of sale which was good as we still had to get to 3 other dealerships to test driv drive. The Q5 my wife test drove was not the trim we wanted but gave us the idea of how the Q5 would drive. 2 days later the trim we wanted came in and Kevin drove it 1/2 hour to my office for me to drive. The dealership was very patient as my family decided which car to trade in, how much to put down, and they even beat our bank's loan rate by 0.21%. The dealership then worked to ensure the Q5 was ready for our special Valentines Day date. This is the lowest key, and easiest car purchase every made which I was not expecting due to the demand for the Q5. I am eagerly awaiting seeing the service department match the sales department. More
