BAd taste in mouth from sales manager -the car was a good price but i would rather have spent 10k more than to ever put money in this guys pocket again. Service Dept- has above average quality people working in it... since ive bought the car my car has spent 1/2 its life in there. As far as the car itself it fits my family perfectly! If i would do anything different i would hae bought the Q7 instead of the5-not alot of trunk spacce. More
The dealership was very helpful. Everyone including my Sales Rep, the Sales Manager, the Service Manager took the time to explain things about what was available to me after I had made the purchase. I did not rate the price because the price details for the 2011 A8L are not yet available but I am pleased with how the dealer is willing to work with me on an early trade in of my wife's lease. Diego made the entire process of purchasing a new Audi a great experience. Accustomed to dealing with aggressive, insincere sales people, Diego's approach was refreshingly just the opposite. The car was prepared as promised, the GM and Service Mgr were friendly and genuinely concerned that we were more than satisfied with the experience, and the final 'review' of the car and it's features was thorough and informative. Overall, we couldn't have had a better experience buying this car from any dealer closer to home. More
Two years ago, my lease on my BMW x3 was up and I was told that if I wanted a new lease it would be nearly $1000 per month. This was the beginning of the recession and I went to Bernardi and met Diego. I told that if I wanted a new lease it would be nearly $1000 per month. I tried to negotiate a lease but we mutually decided it was best to wait as leases were sky high due to low residual values. Fast forward to 2010 and after two years of driving a Jeep, I started my search again for a car. I decided I definitely wanted the Audi Q5 as I had looked at Mercedes and BMW's. I shopped for a good lease and was ready to settle for another dealer until I walked back into Bernardi. Boom!!!! In the space of 5 minutes Diego had leased me a brand new Q5 in the exact exterior color and interior color that I wanted at $45 less per month on my lease. Diego had stayed in touch with me for over 2 years, patiently calling and listening that the economy had done a number on my business. He was kind, supportive and not at all pushy. He is wonderful at tutoring me and even introduced me to his boss who is soon to be my partner in the Audi Quattro golf tournaament!!! This experience just confirms my former experience with Bernardi Audi, a definite 10!!!! More
I can not stress this enough. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I have had 4 Audi's My girlfriend just bought her second Audi. And I wouldn't go back here if the car was free!!! The sales team could not explain where they where getting there figures from they had to have 3 people come over and still could not total it up. To my dismay my girlfriend bought her car here and I was happy everything was going well till we arrived to pick up the car. The car was not ready Monday as premised and they could not deliver the car until Wednesday. The sales manager then premised us he would personally make sure the car and all details where in order for Wednesday. When we picked up the car it was not clean and one key was missing. More
This is my 3rd Audi purchased from Bernardi. The sales process up front is consistently good. I worked with Michael Demos who provided outstanding service. We have dealt with Bernardi Audi for over 10 years. There is an Audi dealership within 10 miles of my home, and I travel the 40 odd miles to deal with Bernardi. Obviously, the customer service at Bernardi is is an Audi dealership within 10 miles of my home, and I travel the 40 odd miles to deal with Bernardi. My husband purchased a Porsche from you this dealer the other day and we had the 2nd trade picked up by one of their employees by the name of Max. I just wanted to pass along that he was VERY nice and a v other day and we had the 2nd trade picked up by one of their employees by the name of Max. I just wanted to pass along that he was VERY nice and a valuable employee. My 18 month old daughter was getting very impatient as we were driving back to the house and was crying very hard. Max was a great help to me and helped me calm my daughter down and made her comfortable. He was a very professional, kind, young gentleman and should be considered an asset to the dealership.
