This was my first time buyin a pre owned vehicle and Manny was very patient and willing to answer any question that I had. I also never felt pressured by Manny or others at Bernardi instead I felt that Manny was very patient and willing to answer any question that I had. In numerous phone calls Manny was up front with me on the type of deal we could put together. I never felt like he was "just trying to get me into the showroom". Not only was the buying process pleasurable but in subsequent questions that I had Manny was very responsive and took care of my issue (it had to do with the satallite radio not the car) quickly and happily. John is a great salesperson/consultant. Being in sales myself i know if someone is taking me for a "ride". Diego did an excellent job explaining the car and provided me with plenty of his time in connection with the sale. I purchased a used car from Bernardi several weeks ago. I was treated fantastic by both Jon and Diego during the process of purchasing the vehicle. They were both very friendly and happy to help. So far the car has been driving well and I have noticed no mechanical problems (knock on wood). On the down side, I found broken glass under the drivers seat and noticed that the drivers side window was not the original Audi window. This was very surprising considering the very clean CARFAX. I was also disappointed to find that the glove compartment was broken after being explicitly told that "nothing with the car was in need of repair." Finally, I was only given one key for the car despite the fact that the car should have had a total of four. I feel as though this should have been brought to my attention prior to the purchase of the car especially considering the ridiculous cost of replacement AUDI keys. All in all, a pretty good experience, but I would definitely give their used cars a very very careful look so that you know exactly what you are getting rather than simply fully trusting the sales people (duhhhhhhh, my bad I suppose). Jon was knowledgable about the car, what cars were available, and what the pricing would be based on the age of the auto for preowned, or the price for a new car.
