He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable about every aspect of the car I was test driving and he was sincere. Jon made the whole experience easy and quick. I was driving a new car the next day. I was introduced to the service manager who was also very professional and I am confident that I will only receive the best of service when my car needs service. If it were not for this very knowledgeable and confident team I would still be car shopping. More
I purchased my Audi Q7 earlier this year from Jon Miranda at Bernardi Audi. After visiting many Audi dealerships, I found the atmsophere here very professional and relaxed. It took an hour to make the deal and I was driving away happily in two days. My visit to the service department has been equally impressive. I was met by a courteous attendant who kept me informed as my car was being serviced. I highly recommend Bernardi Audi for sales and service. I drive 40 miles each way to get there. More
Great sales staff. There was no high pressure sales. What they said I would pay, was exactly what I did end up paying. I got the exact car I wanted and it was ready two weeks early. The salesman went over all of the car features before I drove away, and encouraged me to come back after I had a chance to play a bit with the systems. All of the paperwork and financing went smothly and quickly. This is only my third car. My other cars were also purchased through Bernardi dealerships. I higly recommend them. More
I have been purchasing luxury cars for over 20 years now and the “expertise” and the time that Jon took to work with me and explain anything and everything related to this transaction is 2nd to none. All while being true professional – this unfortunately has not always been my experience when I was buying a car. I know all too often in the consumer service business we only hear about the complaints. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the great work of the staff and because of that level of service; this dealership certainly have me as a committed customer. I will also be sure to provide this Dealership’s name to friends and colleagues as their new auto needs may arise. More
I went to Bernardi Audi as it is the closest dealership to my home and work. The staff was friendly and willing to work with me to find the right car for me. They know what they have with the Audi pre-ow to my home and work. The staff was friendly and willing to work with me to find the right car for me. They know what they have with the Audi pre-owned program, so don't expect to get a steal but I was satisfied with the pricing we negotiated. After we took care of the paperwork, they did the rest and had the car waiting for me when I came to pick it up. I have been smiling since the time I picked up my A4. Love the car!!! More

What I admired the most about my experience was the delivery process of the vehicle. John met me at my place of work in my new car as I didn’t have any way of getting to the dealership that day. He spent 60 minutes going over the cars features and when I felt like I couldn’t retain any more we stopped and he suggested that I come by the dealership at my leisure to go over the remaining features of the navigation system. When I stopped by John was more then willing to spend more time with me. I would buy again from Bernardi Audi and John Miranda!!!! More
Less than 30 minutes after picking up my new Audi A7, I realized that there was a nail in one of the tires. Obviously, I drove it back to the Bernardi dealership and talked with Bob Gerlotti, the dealer m realized that there was a nail in one of the tires. Obviously, I drove it back to the Bernardi dealership and talked with Bob Gerlotti, the dealer manager who was introduced to me earlier as part of my new car delivery process. First, Bob waanted to evaluate the damage. Secondly, he wanted me to be assured that he would take care of the problem (late in the day as he was ready to leave for home). They didn't have a new tire (A7s are so new), and after he determined that they could not get me a new tire for 10-14 days, and that the damage could not be repaired, he asked his team to take all four wheels and tires off of a showroom A7, to replace all four of mine. He said that when the new tire to match my originals came in, he would call me and swap all the wheels/tires back. He was very concerned that I had MY car, and MY wheels to drive on my new A7. Thanks, Bob. Outstanding sensitivity for the customer. And thanks to your team for the hastle you put them through...for me. More

I have high-line cars:Audi, Porsche, Mercedes and Ferrari. In my experience with servicing all of these vehicles, I have never received the high quality of service I received yesterday from Bernardi Ferrari. From the moment I drove in, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Everything that I had asked was done and more: I received a car wash and vacuum. Based on my experience with the service department, I will use Bernardi Audi for service to this car, and will visit their sales department the next time I am in need of a car. Luckily, I change cars often! More
i went in to test drive an audi A4. the initial offer to me was $ 700 for 60 months, i told the salesman it was way off my budget and the finance guy came out, rude and with attitude, told me to come back t me was $ 700 for 60 months, i told the salesman it was way off my budget and the finance guy came out, rude and with attitude, told me to come back to the dealership when i can "up" my monthly budget. i went to a lexus dealer the next day, bought a ES, within my budget and the sticker price of a ES is higher than that basic A4 i test drived. Thanks to this dealership, I made the right decision to purchase my Lexus and I love it Very MUCH! bottom line, this dealer show no respects. More
