I purchased my Audi three years ago and have been extremely thrilled with my car -- and the whole staff at Bernardi Audi. I even received a call back on a holiday weekend (when the service dept. was closed) when I was concerned about a problem. Yo do not get better than this dealership! Bought new 2012 Q5 from this dealership. Audi specialist, Bobby Ollari, did a great job. Always very courteous and professional. However was able to get a final price close to what I was ready to pay with his help minus the manager pep talk( that could have spoilt the deal). Had wind whistling problem next day and went back to dealership and response was prompt and problem was resolved with removing the roof racks (dont use them right now anyways).Love the vehicle , great buy. iPhone connector is in the glove box, hope audi fixes that in the next version. More
Just recently picked up my 3rd Audi from Bernardi - an A4 with a six speed manual. I love the car. There are many improvements, but I was surprised that the back seat did not fold down and that I could not with a six speed manual. I love the car. There are many improvements, but I was surprised that the back seat did not fold down and that I could not get the miles per gallon. After an e-maied question and a quick response from Jon Miranda, I found out that the back seat and a few other options are included in the Premium Package which, this time, I did not order due to the extra cost. For the future, I recommend that the salesmen be aware of the history of repeat customers they can inform us during the price negotiation about a situation such as the one I have just gone through. One other suggestion - I discovered that my friend, Sam Perry, also dealt with Jon Miranda and was very pleased with the service and loves his new A4. Would it be a good idea to publish a customer list, with their approval? The best way to sell new cars is to publish a happy customer list. I have no hesitation to having my name used. Jon was professional and certainly knew about the details of the A4. I would buy another car from him. More
I had the pleasure of buying a car with Jon Miranda. He was knowledgeable, professional,and I never felt pressured to buy anything. Recently had my car serviced (had to be towed there the night before moving to a nearby town). Can't speak highly enough of Dan K. Since my wife and I were paying cash, had no disagreement on price, and were buying our second Audi, this should have been an easy and pleasant experience. While Diego Zalewski and Jon Miranda are nice enoug on price, and were buying our second Audi, this should have been an easy and pleasant experience. While Diego Zalewski and Jon Miranda are nice enough in person, their ability to communicate, follow through, be clear, or show initiative either on the phone or by email was terrible. We ordered and gave a large deposit on a first car. They couldn't get it. We agreed on a second car, for which we they gave us a VIN number and a delivery date. Turned out they couldn't get it, either - but before they told us that days later (when we asked them about it), we privately sold our old car, leaving us without a vehicle. We settled on a third car, but they didn't have it, either, and its delivery was over a week off. When they finally delivered us the car we paid for, they forgot to include the registration. In our many communications with them, they never took the initiative to tell us the status of our order, when delivery would be, or even what we needed for signing. We always had to contact them. I gather what happened to us was exceptional; if it weren't, in a competitive market, they would not be able to remain in business. More
By far the best purchase experience we've had. Came in looking for info on a Q7 and 1 month later bought the Q7 & an A6. He sold the company, car, and dealership. This is the first time I've ever gone to a dealer, and I think Bernardi is very helpful to me, introduced several vehicles to me and pick one finally considering all the requirement. They open early at 7am think Bernardi is very helpful to me, introduced several vehicles to me and pick one finally considering all the requirement. They open early at 7am and close even at 8PM, so I don't have to worry about the conflict to my working time. Their service is great. More
This is second new audi I bought there in 12 years....first one went for 175k miles. The new one has had a couple of issues that Steve LaFond has worked on and fixed....a pleasure to deal with h years....first one went for 175k miles. The new one has had a couple of issues that Steve LaFond has worked on and fixed....a pleasure to deal with his service group....amazingly friendly, efficient staff...great loaner program...clean waiting area with wifi, coffee, water...ETC.....just a great service center. And Steve is an amazing mechanic who really knows AUDIS...and is extremely helpful in resolving any issues. A pleasure to deal with him. More
