There is your stereotypical car salesman, and then there's Jon Miranda. I visited a number of dealerships before coming to Bernardi, and immediately felt comfortable working with Jon. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and most of all, he actually listened to what I was looking for in the car. Most customers expect to be upsold during the car buying process, but I genuinely felt that Jon was offering me the things that I needed and not just giving me advice based on what benefited him. His follow-through was impressive, and he was incredibly flexible about meeting me based on what suited my schedule. He made the process easy...a pretty difficult task, in my opinion. More
Bernardi Audi in Natick finally brings luxury and customer service back, especially Fady Sidhom! Just bought my 2012 Q5 last September and I couldn't be happier. I had leased an A4 from Bernardi Audi customer service back, especially Fady Sidhom! Just bought my 2012 Q5 last September and I couldn't be happier. I had leased an A4 from Bernardi Audi of Natick. I had the car for 75k miles, and they took care of me every step of the way. When my wife and I were expecting a child and wanted a bigger car, it was a no brainer to return to Bernardi. Not only did they take care of me all along the way, providing me with loaners and maintenance, they went out of their way to make me feel like I was part of something luxurious. Fady Sidhom, in their service department, knew I was going to be upgrading, and always made sure I had a Q5 to have as a loaner. I ended up returning and buying a Q5, and I couldn't be happier. They still take care of me, with all my maintenance, and I couldn't be happier. More

None of the arrogance that one runs into at lesser dealerships like Audi of Nashua, NH or Ira Audi in Peabody and none of the high pressure nonsense that one gets from other luxury brand dealerships. The thing I liked most was that every single offer made, even if deemed too low was treated respectfully and actually given consideration. This seems obvious but was far from the case in the two other terrible dealerships listed above, especially Nashua. Jon Miranda is an absolute pleasure to deal with on a personal level. I say this having now purchased three Audi's in the last 18 months for my family. The level of service I receive at Bernardi Audi makes it my number one choice in the Massachusetts/RI/NH area without a doubt. The best service, the easiest salespeople to deal with, and the most respectful operation. I recommend this dealership without reservation and if you have the opportunity I highly recommend that you ask for Jon Miranda personally as your salesperson. A New Audi Enthusiast More

(Full disclosure: I've been having my Audi serviced there for years now and I haven't turned back--they are always prompt, professional, and so helpful). I had the pleasure of working with Jon Miranda and I must say, professionals like him gives me confidence that Bernardi Audi will be my first choice again when I buy my next Audi. Jon provides the type of service, expertise, and fairness that makes me never want to go anywhere else! Saying he knew about every inch of the car is an understatement. He was always in contact with me and always made himself available--by phone, in person, or via e-mail. Honestly, I have never had a better car buying experience where I was provided the time, space, and options to make the best choice for me--not for the him or the dealer. I ended up purchasing a 2012 S4 with more options that have me loving the car more and more by the day. A few days after driving off, Jon checked in to see just how much I was enjoying the car and if I needed help with anything else. Talk about customer service that's actually focused on the customer. I can't thank Jon and everyone else who processed my paperwork and who prepared my car. I recommended Jon to my boss who's looking for a new car--if that's not a recommendation than I don't know what else is! More

Arrived at their Service Door ½ hour after all Techs left (Saturday afternoon). Told them that I was 200 miles from home (CT) and explained to them that driving on a “Temporary Tire” would not be a ple left (Saturday afternoon). After 6 years of driving my beloved ML500, the styling of the new A7 won me over. After scouring inventory, deliveries, and upcoming production with Kevin McCarthy, I decided to order the perfect A7 that the new A7 won me over. After scouring inventory, deliveries, and upcoming production with Kevin McCarthy, I decided to order the perfect A7 that would arrive in about two months. The next day, I decided I just couldn't wait and by changing a few options (out went the sporty summer-only tires and in came the Innovation Package), Kevin found me a car that arrived in under three days: just in time for the Thanksgiving drive to Grandma's house! I think I love this car better than the one I originally configured: who knew night vision, radar, and adaptive cruise control could be so cool! Kevin was very good on negotiating a fair price on an in-demand vehicle. (Ok, who doesn't want more for their trade-in, but Bernardi's offer was still within range based on my online research). Kevin also did a great job of introducing me to all the technology in the vehicle without going overboard: thanks for setting up the Bluetooth connection from my cell phone to the car to get me started.
