Great Experience with Ross K at Natick Service Department I had to bring one of our customer's cars to Audi Natick to get serviced after the airbag light had come on. One part, the grille, was actually replaced on the spot since they had the part and it was all covered under warranty, even though it may not have been perfectly clear. They gave me the benefit of the doubt. Everything about this dealer is classy and professional, not once did I feel like I was being taking advantage of or being ripped. Pricing was better than I expected for the service and I received a shuttle ride home after drop off. Definitely one of the better dealer experiences I ever had. More
