Another Great Experience at Audi Service Center I bought my first brand new car with Audi and the experience has been unforgettable. Every time I run into anything the staff is well prepared and eag I bought my first brand new car with Audi and the experience has been unforgettable. Every time I run into anything the staff is well prepared and eager to help. They provide loaner vehicles when it is needed, they provide updates through out the day of their findings and suggestions. Everyone there is very friendly, helpful and respectful. Excellent I called on Wednesday with a screw in my tire and the dealership fit me in on Thursday despite a very busy time ( before the holiday exodus). I was greeted promptly and warmly by Alex, went to read my book in the comfortable waiting area, and in a very short period of time my car was ready clean and I was on my way! Sold a Lemon Buyer beware! Was sold a lemon. Certified Pre-owned and was part of a large recall. Had to go back to the dealership many times just to have the O Buyer beware! Was sold a lemon. Certified Pre-owned and was part of a large recall. Had to go back to the dealership many times just to have the OK the class action lawsuit recalled issue. They finally complete the process. 2 years later my engine died and they refused to repair. I had all services done with the dealership as well. When they sell you a lemon, they steal your money and time for a few years until car dies and then they want you to trade in an buy a new one! Don't Buy an Audi! More

Another excellent experience at Audi I went to Audi for my 25,000 service appointment and to have my care detailed. Both appointments were excellent. The service team was professional, I went to Audi for my 25,000 service appointment and to have my care detailed. Both appointments were excellent. The service team was professional, friendly and went above and beyond. The service team associate I was working with even stayed past closing so I could get my car back the same day. Even though it was late, he still took the time to walk me through the service that was performed and answered all my questions. More
