This man updates me daily to make sure that my car is being taken care of. When there’s a hiccup in the service he would go above and beyond to make sure it doesn’t inconvenience me. I love coming here for service even though I moved further away. I will still make a drive here for service. He is that good. Never had a bad experience before. Always a pleasure getting service here. I will keep buying Audi if they will always perform this excellent service. Ryan sets a perfect example of the level of service Audi I’d providing. Nitpicking a little, but Customer Service can be better Little background. I drive an Acura MDX and my wife an Audi Q3. Both are serviced and purchased from a Bernardi Dealership (Acura of Boston and Audi N Little background. I drive an Acura MDX and my wife an Audi Q3. Both are serviced and purchased from a Bernardi Dealership (Acura of Boston and Audi Natick) When it comes to the Acura dealership, Customer Service is amazing. As soon as I drive into the garage, someone is there to greet me, take down my information, and direct me inside so that I can speak with a service member. I've been with Acura of Boston for over 5 years now so I know the process/my way around the dealership. I know people by first names and they know me, but every single time I go in for services, they always welcome me and direct me where to go as if it's my first time there. I love it. The Audi dealership was the complete opposite. The first time I drove in, I wasn't sure what the process was. So I sat in the car for a good 5 minutes before I gave up and got out of the car. I saw some people inside so I figured that was the place I needed to go to talk to someone. Standing there for a minute or two, I finally got greeted with a "How are you doing today/what can I do for you?" before finally getting called up to a service member to tell them what I am here for. The second time around, same thing happened. Didn't get greeted in the garage, so had to go inside and look lost. This time, there was only one other customer and three employees. One employee was helping the first customer, so I expected one of the other employees to greet me. Nothing happened. I waited a few minutes until the employee helping the first customer was finished before being greeted by him. Other than that, everything else was fine. The service rep told me how long it'll take to resolve the issue and went over any questions I had. I was able to get a loaner and come back a few hours later to pick up my car. P.S. Both times I went to service the Audi, it was for recall issues, so no charge for me. Not sure if that makes a difference. More
