Great Customer Service I purchased a used Q5 at a small dealer and brought the car to Audi Natick for a recall to be fixed and to have something else looked at as well. Walking in there someone acknowledged me right away, and my complimentary rental car was right there waiting for me. I received a call from the service rep letting me know there could be a charge before just letting the mechanic move forward with diagnosing a problem. I've had unknown charges in the past so this was huge for me! Then when I got back the mechanic took time to speak to me in person about what he was looking at. Overall great customer service and great experience. Natick isn't close to where I live but I'll make the drive for the great treatment! I can't express how refreshing it was to be treated right so thank you! More

Top Notch in Every Way I have purchased two cars in the past two years from Audi Natick and four additional cars from other Bernardi owned dealerships (Honda, Acura, Volvo, I have purchased two cars in the past two years from Audi Natick and four additional cars from other Bernardi owned dealerships (Honda, Acura, Volvo, Toyota) over the past 16 years. Each experience has been top notch. During my most recent sales experience, Daniel Haigh and Jonathan Yashulas (sales manager) went above and beyond to find a car that met my preferred equipment configuration. In particular, Daniel did extensive research of all available A4 models with a manual transmission (a rare breed) along the entire east coast (including cars in transit). He continuously communicated detailed information to me and was extremely thorough. Daniel is very knowledgeable, personable and genuine. He is passionate about finding the right car for each customer. Daniel gave me the opportunity to test drive several vehicles over a month or so period, thoroughly explained the different equipment configurations, including technology, suspension and wheel options, and let me take a couple of cars for extended test drives on my own. Daniel is very easy to work with and really cares about doing what is best for the customer. He and Jonathan, as well as Wunna Zeya (a sales manager), offered an outstanding price on a new car and a very fair value for my trade (compared to other dealers). The entire process was straightforward and easy as it has always been for me at Bernardi dealerships. The emphasis was on matching me, as the customer, to the right car and making the process smooth and painless. Daniel, Jonathan and Wunna are professional, courteous and customer focused.
