The bill I received included a much more extensive and thus expensive charge. When I explained my confusion, Parker, my service associate, listened calmly. He quickly accessed a manger and the charges were removed from the bill without hesitation and with a sincere apology. A model for all of us! More

To have my 2012 Audi A4 fix I called Audi Natick to make an appointment on my 2012 A4. I had the check engine on. They gave me the date for drop off and when I arrived they were I called Audi Natick to make an appointment on my 2012 A4. I had the check engine on. They gave me the date for drop off and when I arrived they were already waiting for me with a car loaner. The whole thing took about 6 minutes and I was already in my way back home. The courtesy that I was treated with was very professional. The best, I will say. Ben, from the service department, took care of my issue from the beginning to the end in a very professional manner and my car was there for almost three days and he took the time to called me once a day to keep me inform of the status on my car. Very please with the service provided it. Thank you very much to Audi Natick especially Ben. More

Service is excellent! I have been an Audi Natick customer for 4 years. I find the service staff to be knowledgeable and attentive. My recent service was done earlier than I have been an Audi Natick customer for 4 years. I find the service staff to be knowledgeable and attentive. My recent service was done earlier than expected and Parker was helpful in pointing out cost saving coupons. Also, the shuttle service drivers, Mike and Ross where punctual and Ross even retrieved a FedEx package for me that had blew into the shrubs. All in all, a great team! More
