I started researching and test driving different vehicles In February with the intention to buy in July. One of the vehicles I drove was the Audi Allroad at another dealership. After doing more research and finding the color/interior/options I might want online in Audi Natick inventory, I clicked 'Get ePrice'. Wunna responded via email almost immediately with a price that MOTIVATED me to do something sooner than later. In a short follow up phone conversation, he also gave me what I wanted for my car in trade. Online quote, test drive, inspect trade, financing, done. Bottom line, Audi Natick recognizes the car buying process has changed given the tools on the internet and the fact that people value their time. I highly recommend recommend Audi Natick and expect you will enjoy a similar experience. More

Service with a smile Just had my Audi A6 serviced for first time with dealership. They were friendly and quick to service my car and get me a loaner. Only issue I had wa Just had my Audi A6 serviced for first time with dealership. They were friendly and quick to service my car and get me a loaner. Only issue I had was after I was notified by service center that my car was ready for pick up. At lunchtime I ran over - although service was completed, my car was still being washed and cleaned. The delay in picking up got me back a bit later to my office and resulted in being late for a meeting. Would like to get the call only when the car is truly ready so I don't lose time or have to wait upon arrival. More
