I had previously purchased a 2018 Audi Q3 from Audi Natick. My wife and I were pleased with the experience then and the interactions we had with the Service Department since then. So this year when it was time to replace my wife’s car – she decided that she would also like a Q3 & we returned to Audi Natick. Kevin Chu was the sales representative that we worked with. He listened carefully to our wants and needs & took us for a Test Drive in a 2021 Q3 that we determined to be the best fit for us (and the right color). My wife loved it and, with Kevin’s friendly and able assistance (and additional inputs from Derek, Chris, and Michael), we then purchased it; having obtained a good trade value for her old car. Kevin was available and very responsive to all our questions and requests all through the process. When we came to pick up the car; the sun burst from the clouds and it looked perfect! Kevin enthusiastically took all the time we needed (over an hour) to show my wife how everything worked and answer our questions – from the hood latch and headlights to the hands free sensor for opening the back hatch. He even helped my wife sync up her phone with the media system. Kevin also told us to feel free to call him if we had any other questions or wanted to go over anything again. We have continued to be impressed with the Natick Audi Sales and Service team – and recommend them for your future car buying or Audi Service experience. Thank-you Kevin! More
One of the worse experiences of my life. Ruined the entire experience of buying a car. I am aware of the car shortage and that I needed to wait and I honestly was at the point where I didn’t care how much the car cost so it’s nothing to do with that it’s how they spoke to me and how unprofessional they were. It was so clear that even though I waited months for this car to arrive they did everything in their power to make sure I didn’t get that car until a new month started to hit next month quota. My experience could have been salvaged but once Ed Quirk was involved it was all downhill from there. If you are reading this from Audi Corporate a site visit to Natick is seriously overdue. I have been told by so many people how much they like my car and I tell all of them to NEVER go to Natick. I recommend Shrewsbury Andover or Nordwood. I will never step foot in that place again. More

Audi Natick tried to send me a revised sale contract 5 weeks after purchase for a higher price than agreed upon. This is the most unethical auto dealer I have ever experienced. I had a great experience at Audi Natick service. My service advisor, Linda Offerman, was phenomenal and went above and beyond. Also, the technician Ryan. I bought my A6 Audi 4 months ago and it had thi service advisor, Linda Offerman, was phenomenal and went above and beyond. Also, the technician Ryan. I bought my A6 Audi 4 months ago and it had this jiggling noise in the center console when accelerating or stopping that drove me nuts. I brought the car or Natick Audi in Nov and the technician discovered that there was one piece missing in the central console HVAC that was probably the culprit. He ordered the new part from Germany and I was called when it arrived. In the meantime, noise was reduced. I went in a couple of days ago and Linda worked hard to get me out of there as fast as she can since I had an appointment. Ryan replaced the part with no charge since it was covered by warranty. However, as soon as I drove off, I realized that the noise was still there and it was even louder. I called Linda and I can’t tell you how genuinely upset she was that the noise remained after I had to wait for Ryan to replace the part. She assured me she will work with her manager to get me the next day and get me a loaner so that she won’t inconvenience me, which she did. Long story short, I dropped the car yesterday and after few hours, Linda texted me that Ryan the technician spent significant time trying to figure out the noise and it ended up being few pieces of pretzels that were shoved in the mid-console HVAC. He managed to remove them by putting some windshield glue on top of a metal rod and sticking it in the vent. I assured her that it was not me since I am the only person that drives the car and I never ate in the car, not to mention in the back seat. The car had one owner before me. She mentioned that this is something that is not covered by warranty but given the inconvenience and that for some reason the noise was significantly reduced when the first technician inspected the old part and while I was waiting for the second, the dealership will not charge me for this. This is a classy act by Audi Natick. I told Linda that my wife will need a new car next year and we will definitely head to Audi Natick to shop for that. This noise has been driving me crazy for the past 4 months and now I can really enjoy my A6. All in all, great customer service by Linda and very inventive solution by Ryan the technician. Linda’s manager (whom I did not catch his name) was very accommodating. This is the kind of customer service that gains dealerships loyal customers. A+++ More
Iam so Frustrated 😞 with my purchase of used Acurd RDX through your branch last month . From day one we noticed that the headlights is so bad and your technical promise to fix it by making some holes to through your branch last month . From day one we noticed that the headlights is so bad and your technical promise to fix it by making some holes to recycle the air inside .but after the car was delivered we still having the same problem as headlights is foggy and has condensation all day& night which is not safe at all especially for night vision and can led to inspection failure in future. Unfortunately they need me to bring the car back to Natick again which i can't for Medical reasons plus it gonna add more mileage ,although the car was already there before .and they refused to find another alternative solution either to bring it to a closer branch or even shipped me a new one so i can replace it . Really i feel so bad & disappointed that i have 2 months of warranty for nothing 😕 and heat is not working as well More
Went to lease a new Audi as mine was totaled. Found good rates online but went in and was told none of those cars were there and quoted outrageous prices. I just leased new Q5 on 11/29/20 at Audi Natick, the dealership we've been using for many years (for lease or service my Audi's, the brand I love & has been using for 20 years.) The service was exceptional, the name of the Brand specialist is Bruno Lopes & I wish I could always deal with a person like Bruno.
