What a really great experience with Audi Natick. I am from out-of-state and was here visiting family when an engine malfunction light came on. Linda was my service advisor. She was terrific. She treated me as if I had been her best customer for years. She stayed in touch with me and eventually explained to me what the problem was, what my options were, etc. Linda answered all of my questions and spent as much time with me as needed. I cannot recommend Audi Natick enough. Even though they all understood that I was a one-time customer, they were really great in everything that they did.
