Juanpi made what is typically a stressful experience a very pleasurable one. He's very astute at understanding what your priorities are and was very helpful in narrowing down which car I decided on. Joey Hanitz truly cares about his clients and that is what makes him stand out. He goes above and beyond to accommodate you. I recently traded in my 2013 Audi for a used BMW. When I found out that the extended warranty would be honored by Audi service for a BMW I purchased it to be able to continue to work with Joey who I've worked with for 7 years. And on the day that I was to pick up the BMW Joey's team identified a minor problem and coordinated with BMW. Joey even let me keep the loaner vehicle while I was working through the sales process with Juanpi in Audi Sales. I highly recommend Joey Hanitz. More
