Walked into Audi Naples after losing my car to hurricane Ian and was met by Juanpi. I was a mess trying to figure out our next steps to get a car. Juanpi could not have been more helpful and caring! After going thru options he had available for an Audi, which were slim, he directed us to a used VW Tiguan that we ended up buying. He helped us thru a difficult insurance issue, did a patient instruction on the car's amenities and followed up with a thank you email. We are the thankful ones for his great service! More

Brandon was a gem to work with on our first ever Audi purchase and this means something coming from me because buying cars is my least favorite thing to do. It's easy to assume an internet shopper is nothing more than a "shopper". I contacted Brandon while I was in Germany and made him an offer for an A8L listed in their inventory. He responded immediately than a "shopper". I contacted Brandon while I was in Germany and made him an offer for an A8L listed in their inventory. He responded immediately with a counter offer. I sent him and Thilo an "out the door" offer which they accepted. I sent them a credit card deposit and picked up the car when I returned from Germany. They treated me with respect and professionalism and I am happy to write this 5 Star rating for them both. More
