Had a great experience buying a 2013 Audi A5 cabrio right off the truck with the pickle man. Everything that was promised was delivered. I guess they knew we wanted an upgrade and had the car detailed for us to see it in it's spotless state before we even committed to signing. They made the trade in very profitable for us and were pretty close to where we wanted to be. They even came to our house to pick up our other trade so we didn't have to drive back a third time. Once committed and approved for financing the whole process took under three hours and we do not have to go back to get the metal tags. The office was slow, the entire department was either detailing the car, filling it with gas, expediting plates and financing. The car is beautiful and is brilliant on the road. More

Although we walked in "just looking" on a late Saturday afternoon, and left with two new Audi's, it was a great experience. The autos, of course, are fantastic. I traded a Mercedes and I enjoy driving the Audi better than the Mercedes. The next day, our salesman, Lou, called to thanks us again. Nice touch. Thanks, Guys.
