I live in West Palm Beach where there are six Audi dealers in South Florida, while Audi of Naples is a 2 hour drive away on the gulf coast. So when I saw that they had the exact car I wanted, I e-mailed them and was very pleased when Chris Muller was able to provide a great price not only on the new car, but on my trade-in as well! Everything was set before I even had to drive over there, so pretty much all I had to do was go pick up the car! Chris Muller was very friendly, had a comprehensive knowledge of all the car's features (and being a new Audi with the MMI nav system, there are a lot of features!), and most importantly of all, he was very sincere and straightforward. The dealer did a great job detailing the car, and after a couple of hours, I was driving home in my new car with a big smile on my face, partly because of the awesome new car itself, but also because I was extremely satisfied with the overall purchase experience! More

There is a reason that this dealership has such good reviews. I dislike the car buying experience. It was a much more smooth and easy buying experience than I am use to or expected. They provided a fair price and a great car. The whole process could have been less than smooth, but Audi of Naples, Jason Meixel, Josh Palmer, and Tony Canglin did a great job at making it quiet smooth. I appreciate this, and I highly recommend them. More

I had pretty much made up my mind to buy a different brand of car, and then called Volkswagen of Naples on a whim while I was out grocery shopping. Because the phone experience was so pleasant, I blew off my errands and drove straight to Audi Naples. I ended up test-driving a VW CC and loved it. Two days later I went back to the dealership to look at the car again, and... I drove home in my brand new CC. The general manager, Blair, and the manager, Chuck, were both involved my in my deal along with Erin. Everyone involved in my transaction was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. More

Purchasing a new car is not something my husband or I ever like to do. However, from the initial contact by the salesman (Lou Vlasic) to the signing of the final papers, the experience was very positive ever like to do.
