Q5 service Yesterday I picked up my Q5 after visiting this dealership for the first time. From the moment I drove in the yard I was treated efficiently, and with Yesterday I picked up my Q5 after visiting this dealership for the first time. From the moment I drove in the yard I was treated efficiently, and with great respect. The service team was anticipating my arrival and was ready to assist me immediately. I was given a loaner car of my choice and was on my way. The following day I was notified my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the dealership, the Valet greeted me by name when he opened the door. Justin and Jordan, the service advisors, reviewed the work done on my car, and sent me on my way. My car was serviced properly, and clean as could be both inside and out. My experience at Naples Audi was nothing short of outstanding. I will refer others to them while here in Naples, and suggest the local Audi Dealer where I live in NH send employees to Naples for training!! Your Valet's are very personable. More

From the time I first looked online at various dealerships to when I landed at Naples Audi I was impressed with the level of online info and detail available. Then when I spoke with the John, the internet sales contact, I was impressed with his ability to provide specific data no my query. I told John I may stop by later that day, I text him about an hour later to let him know that I was stopping by. When I arrived the car was ready and waiting for me to test drive as he knew I was in a rush. The Q5 was washed with dealer tag on it ready for me to test drive! I was in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes. No hard sell. In fact they knew I was going to another dealership to test drive another make and model but there was no pressure selling but rather just leaving me with a great impression of the Q5 and more so Audi and Naples Audi specifically. Long story short, I came back and ended up buying. But the level of service didn't end there. They knew I was busy so they asked for all of the info they needed in advance (DL, insurance, trade-in info, etc). When I arrived to pick up the Q5 it was again quick and efficient! Even when I went to financing there was no hard sell on extra services but rather a cordial conversion. Lastly as I approached my new Q5 20 minutes later they were already putting my tags on the car along with a full tutorial of all of the tech advantages of my new car. Even the young man that explained all that the Audi can do he even gave me his phone number and offered to come to my home to program the Homelink (garage door, etc opener)...personalized service at home...again very impressive! From beginning to end it was nothing but a pleasure. I highly recommend Naples Audi! More
