I'm 6'4" and always hated to drive clients around in my Mercedes E wagons. Every time someone got in the back, my knee's went through the front windows. NOT IN A Q7. Besides not having to move my seat at all, the Q7 let's you sit as if you were in a chairs. No more having you legs stretched out straight. This car knocks the spots off of my E Wagons that I have driven for almost 25 years. The next surprise was the computer directions. Leaving Naples, before Irma came to town, the computer took us down excellent side roads to get to Augusta, Ga. Friends who were meeting us in Georgia and left at the same time, arrived more than an hour behind us. I remember walking up to the showroom and Chris was coming out. Not knowing why I was coming he was quick to shake my hand and ask how he could direct me. Chris Johnson was extremely patience as I tried multiple models over a various visits. He was always smiling and willing to listen to my needs (and negotiating) for a spacious, great car. I'v had the car 8 months now. Never going back to anyone but Chris and Naples Audi. Ali Taqi contacted me online and asked how he could help me. I inquired about ordering an Audi from the factory, but decided that the wait time would be too long. Ali and I decided to make contact again shortly after my move. Ali emailed me a few times after my move to Naples and we arranged for a meeting. When I went into the dealership, Ali had an A4 all ready from me to drive. He was very flexible, as I was interested in an A4 with some different features. He wasted no time and we drove over to the other lot and found the Audi I was interested in. After a test drive I was ready to purchase. Ali made the transaction fast and easy which I appreciated. First time Audi customer When looking for a SUV to replace my Jaguar XF, I looked at several SUV's including the Jaguar Ipace, Volvo, Cadillac, Infiniti and Chevy Traverce. I had not considered the Audi and was ready to purchase th e Jaguar Ipace but drppped that plan when the vehicle could not be delivered due to a recall. I then checked the ratings on the luxury SUV and saw Audi was highly rated. I decided to check it out and met Ali who showed me the features on the Audi. Ali did an excellent job in describing the advantages of the Audi and took me on a test drive. I was impressed with the features and performance. Ali assisted me in findng a vehicle that fit my needs. Ali was knowledgeable, attentive, had good follow through and friendly. He was a pleasure to work with.
