I've rated this dealership at the highest rating as they are all about customer service and serving its customers to the highest level. This is seen all across the deparments, from sales, to service, up to the General Manger level. They care about the customer and go out of their way to assure you are satified. The overall experience I've had at Continental Audi is something I have not seen before at a car dealer - it really shows they care and make you feel that every customer is important. I am definitely satisfied and would refer this dealership to family and friends. I look forward to continue doing my business with them. More
I have purchased multiple Audis from Continental becase of the excellent sales help of Viktor Hadjiev and the continued good service help of Shannon Nelson. As a customer you receive good pricing along with excellent service. Although the facility is already attractive and spotlessly clean, it is currently being expanded and upgraded. One example is the addition of a detail shop. An example of Continental's Extroadinary Service follows: One of the vehicles I purchased, an S4 Convertible, had a bluetooth connection option that was not working properly. Audi factory information provided to the dealership (after I took delivery of hte vehicle) indicated that specific option may not be able to work properly with the cell phone I was using at the time. Instead of making excuses, the dealership promptly refunded the entire purchase price of the option. I have found caring about a customer's happiness, to this extent, is very rare in a car dealership and I highly recommend this one. More
We leased an '05 Audi A4 from Viktor after doing a substantial amount of comparison shopping. We had narrowed our choices down to an Audi, Mercedes or BMW automobile, and it is fair to say that we end substantial amount of comparison shopping. We had narrowed our choices down to an Audi, Mercedes or BMW automobile, and it is fair to say that we ended up in the A4 primarily due to V. He was always patient, cooperative and especially informative. We were new to this class of automobile, and needed a great deal hand holding relative to the many features available on this car, especially the Bluetooth hands-free phone and the GPS. We never felt rushed when we needed a refresher (often). Viktor has looked out for our interests in both of our leases, and should we decide to stay in an Audi product, we will seek Viktor out specifically to aid us in that effort. More
I have purchased (and traded-in) a number of vehicles with Viktor. He is a fair businessman, and does not play the games played by so many others in his line of work. I am sales professional for over 20 years so I pay very close attention to how I am handled in the sales process from beggining to end. The garage looks great but the service staff appears less than prepared for their responsibilities and the technicians are not as acute as needed to accomplish theirs. I highly recommend this dealer and especially Bill Manrot. Unlike salesmen at other dealerships Bill is patient and answered all my questions over email. I have been servicing my Audi TT at Continental Audi for 7 years. I did not buy it there because they were not even open when I bought the car but I worked around the corner so it was conveinient to service 7 years. Through the years the car had been a total lemon and it was rare that Continental was ever able to fix it right on the first try but I dealt with Robin and she was very nice and the place was walking distance to work. When the car went out of warranty after having the instrument cluster (like that is a wear item) replaced 4 times I asked for a meeting with the Audi zone manager for them to at least consider doing something about it. The service manager Mark would not arrange this meeting. It was also discovered that my CV boot was torn. Did I mention the car only had 29K miles? This was going to be the second time they replaced the same CV boot. Then it was discovered that the brake line was laying on top of the CV boot and was seriously torn and about to break. I asked them why they didn't fix this the first time when the car was under warranty since the brake line was obviously routed incorrectly either by them or by Audi from the factory. I only had the car serviced there. They told me I must have done this as it looked like the car had new brake pads. On the service before that they told me I needed new brake pads. Nothing had ever been done with the brake pads and they did not need to be replaced. Their story changed about 3 times on the brake pads. I told Mark the service manager I wanted to talk to the owner because I felt they should fix this at no charge and he said the owner was gone for the day. After a heated discussion I asked if I could at least leave the car there over the weekend till the owner got back on monday because it was unsafe to drive and he said if I was not going to pay them to fix it they would have it towed off of the lot that night. I taked to the owner much later because he works about three hours a week and he couldn't care less. He accused me of tampering with the car which I did not do but finally agreed to pay for half the parts cost and I could do the repair myself. Don't ever buy anything from any of the Continental Auto group. They don't stand behind their own work and they are rude and certainly not on your side. The only asset to their business is Robin and she should go find a job at a decent dealership. More
