Mitch Massaro is professional, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. These personal traits combined with an excellent inventory of cars was a winning combination for me. Mitch went to bat for for me with management and Audi took care of all the issues using original manufacturer parts installed by the dealership mechanics. To be honest, I was surprised that Mitch was able to get this done for me, as this has not been my experience in the past with salesmen overseeing a multifaceted and bit complicated issue over almost two weeks. After the repairs were completed and my final test drive approved the work, I was sitting in the Audi finance office when Mitch came in to congratulate me on the purchase and handed me two of the nicest Audi steel and leather key chains I’ve ever seen. The finance manager whispered to me, after Mitch stepped out for a minute, that the dealership doesn’t pay for those and Mitch orders them and pays for them himself.
