Mr. Graegner, Mrs. Rodriguez and the associates and Continental Audi, All of you have gone above and beyond the norm to help resolve the issue with my 2010 Audi A4. The process was taken a step further and made the unimaginable happen! Dave the Service Manager was also incredible to work with. Very professional and communicated the steps taken to help resolve this issue and provided the comfort level I needed. My Experience with Continental Audi of Naperville has Surpassed my Expectations..Exceptional!! If there is a rating higher than an A+++++, Continental Audi of Naperville is well deserving! We moved from CT to Chicago last summer with our 2010 A6. Wonderful car but too big for Chicago! Went to several Audi dealers in the Chicagoland area to lease a 2013 A4 and was amazed how much better a deal Wonderful car but too big for Chicago! Went to several Audi dealers in the Chicagoland area to lease a 2013 A4 and was amazed how much better a deal the folks at Continental Audi offered than the other deals. The only concern we had was Naperville is a hike from Lakeview -- but Continental Audi will drive into town with a loaner and bring your vehicle back. Wowzer how can you beat that? CAN'T! So go see Jeff Nemcher or Scott Cramer at Continental Audi. And get ready to be treated the way you always hoped as a new car buyer you should be treated (but rarely are). More
I had given a review in June of 2012 on cars.com, so I won't repeat my positive experience from then, but every time I visit this dealership, I am amazed and happy at the customer service provided. Everyone is friendly (phone or in person) and always have a smile. As always, the service technician took care of my Audi, explained what would be done as part of the service, made sure a loaner was ready to go for me and was there when I went back to pick up my car (way after service hours). The car has been working out quite well which means I don't get too many chances to visit the dealership, which is great. But I am sure that they will take care of me and my car in case of any problems. Maybe I will visit them for a car wash once in a while :-) !! More
This is an update to a review I had sent in regarding our initial experience with this dealership. The day after I posted here Eric Matway,General Manager contacted my husband. The entire experience was expl initial experience with this dealership. The day after I posted here Eric Matway,General Manager contacted my husband. The entire experience was explained to him. He apologized for the unpleasantness we had to go through and was very professional and courteous. He asked for us to reconsider our purchase decision and to give them another chance. I was hesitant at first but my husband convinced me to give them a second chance- on the condition I did not want to see the same unpleasant employees again. After several phone calls back and forth, we went to Continental Audi at the appointed time. This time our experience was completely different and much more pleasant! We were greeted by Scott Cramer, sales manager, who had been appraised by Eric of the entire situation. He once again conveyed apologies and we agreed on a mutually agreeable price for the new car. When we walked in we were under the impression that we would be driving away in a brand new car- but the car was not available but they promised to bring it first thing in the morning! Scott Cramer himself gave me a call the next morning and confirmed the car w/ all our specifications was ready for pick up. My husband and I had tight schedules with our work that evening but Scott assured us everything would be handled in a timely manner. When we went to pick up the car it was exactly what we had agreed on-trim, color,features etc. All the paperwork was handled very efficiently with no problems. Doug Wiersema showed us all the features in our new Audi A6. Even though I had to leavE due to work quickly my husband said everything proceeded smoothly.they also did not forget about us after the purchase. Even when we had questions later on, Doug made a house call to get our AudiConnect going,review more Audi features and even helped set up our Homelink system. Eric Matway also followed up with us A couple of times after that to make sure we were satisfied. He even sent us a lovely card along with a gift card! After the first time, the only reason we went back was due to Eric's sincere efforts to make things right and we ended up meeting people like Scott and Doug who made our car buying experience what we expected! Overall, Eric did a very good job and I have complete confidence that as long as he is overseeing this business we can continue to expect good customer service and a great Audi experience! More
I have just finished up buying my third car from Bill Manrot in a little over a year and a half and the last two within 2 months of each other...two used and one new but not just any Audi cars...S5 cabri Manrot in a little over a year and a half and the last two within 2 months of each other...two used and one new but not just any Audi cars...S5 cabriolet first then my new RS5 and now a 2012 R8 GT. The whole process could not have possibly gone any better on all of them. Over twenty years I have dealt with 5 other local Audi dealers and numerous sales people and service departments and at this point I only go to Continental and to Bill for purchases and all cars are serviced there for the last 10 years. Bill is excellent. He did the research I needed to make my decisions, helped me through the entire ordering process on my RS5 and kept me constantly updated and the day of delivery could not have been faster. The R8 I told him what I was after and he searched the country and found it, made me comfortable it was the right choice and again perfect experience picking up the car. For my S5 I had dropped in actually looking for an S5 coupe and while he did not have what I was after he told me about a car although a convertible they had coming on a truck in a few days...he was dead on that I would like it...loved it and bought it immediately. Customer service second to none. More

Continental Audi of Naperville & its folks are in a class All by themselves. All the way over to the vehicle Detailers themselves. Simply working to make your experience a good one to remember. This is the fashion business Should be done without the usual Gimmicks. I have been to many car dealerships in my life, purchasing from various makes & models, both Imports & Domestics..and I can honestly say that, I like the way these guys Do business with us, their customers. Mike Macedon & the rest of the folks at Continental Audi of Naperville are very, very Highly recommended in my book. I will be a returning customer in the future and will recommend these folks to anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle. More

I came in to your store with the idea of going to a few different places and doing some additional research online before I made my purchase. Well, needless to say I fell madly in love (with the car) ;) and felt so at ease with Gonzalo that I was ready to make a purchase right then and there. I am very happy with my purchase and do not regret not having done more research. Everyone whom I came into contact with at Continental Audi of Naperville was very professional and accommodating. I was a bit apprehensive to go into the deale at Naperville Audi and he was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very professional and friendly. I was a bit apprehensive to go into the dealership, as this was my first my big purchase (previously drove a Camry for 5+ years), but Dan made the process very smooth by being patient with me, answering all my questions/concerns, and he was also extremely knowledgeable regarding the car, his attention to detail, financing, etc. In addition, he followed with me several times after my purchase to ensure I was a happy customer. If you are considering purchasing a new or used Audi, I would highly recommend Dan Clark and the staff at Naperville Audi. More

After much looking at many makes and models, I can safely say that the dealership and Brian's approach made buying a second CPO car easy. No doubt the product is good... but the interface with dealer is also critical. We will buy a third vehicle from Brian. With any kind of luck, a new one. :) More
