We were really hesitant to go to Continental Audi for our A4 Shopping as we had a really bad experience with Continental Acura in 2009 with their Internet Sales Manager. I did send the Internet inquiry and got an immediate response. When I went to the show room, we were Introduced to Rob who helped us in the test drive. He was open to all questions and answered thoroughly. As we had to check BMW and Mercedes before making the final decision, ( we were open as soon as we met Rob that we will not be making the final decision that day), we left just taking the initial quote. The car that we were interested was not available that day and Rob gave us the time line for the delivery of the car. He followed promptly a couple of days later and a few emails back and forth on the pricing, we closed the deal!. Rob called us a few days later that the car has arrived and we ended up getting the car with one visit to the show room. When we went to pick up the car, all the paper work was ready and the entire process was completed in 2 hours! Love the 2014 A4 and strongly recommend Continental Audi! More

My boyfriend and I went looking for a second car after I had recently sold my Toyota Camry, and based on the fact that we want to expand our family, we were mainly looking for a crossover SUV. We had always liked the Audi Q5, so that was our reason for stopping in at Continental of Naperville. Dan Clark greeted us in the parking lot, and asked us right away if we were being helped, to which we replied, "not at the moment". We told him we were interested in the Q5, and to our surprise, he said that he had recently just received a used 2012 Q5 from the previous owner who traded up to a 2014 Audi Q5. And even better for us, it was black on black (which was our #1 choice if it was available.) He was very knowledgeable regarding the Audi brand, and the model itself (Q5), and the awards that Audi has received, which helped us make our decision. He helped us every step of the way and got us the best deal he could and even took time to show us the bells and whistles of the Q5. More

We recently bought a 2013 Executive Driven Audi A6 from Matt Laxton at Continental Audi of Naperville. This was our first car buying experience and we were a little tentative about the whole thing but everyone at Continental Audi was very friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward and super helpful. I was also impressed with the showroom -- the nicest we've seen and they even give you San Pellegrino while you wait. We came late on a Saturday afternoon and left just a few hours later with our new car! Hassle free and a very positive experience. I was especially impressed with Matt's delivery of the car (and the fact that he stayed late to do it). He was very patient and went through each feature (its like a spaceship compared to our old one) and answered all of our questions. He even offered to give us a refresher any time we wanted. After we got the car home, we also had a few follow-up questions, so we emailed and got a response back very quickly. Can't say enough good things about this dealership and Matt Laxton. More
During the last week of May, 2013, I took delivery of a 2013 Audi S5 from your dealership. Rob Grignon was my sales person from start to finish. I initially reached out via the internet through the Aud 2013 Audi S5 from your dealership. Rob Grignon was my sales person from start to finish. I initially reached out via the internet through the Audi website stating my interest in a couple different vehicles in the Audi line. Two sales people were quick to respond: An individual from a competitive Audi dealer and Rob from Continental Audi. I actually visited the competitor showroom and salesman first, as the timing simply worked better for our schedules. I test drove an Audi S5 and a TTS. I then stopped by Continental Audi and visited with Rob because I got a better feel from Rob’s email and he was actually the first to reach out. So, I wanted to give Rob a shot. It was immediately evident to me that Rob was much better versed on the Audi line than the person I spoke with at the competitive dealership. Rob politely insisted I take another test drive in an S5, as it was apparent to him that I did not get a thorough review of the vehicle during my first experience. Boy was Rob right! He showed me properties and options that I did not know existed on the S5 based on my initial test drive with the competitor. In the end, of course, I ordered my new S5 through Rob. He was very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. The experience was very pleasant, which I never thought I would say concerning the purchase of a new vehicle. I would enthusiastically recommend Rob and Continental Audi to anyone who had an interest in purchasing a vehicle. I rate Rob and the experience a “10” across the board! Thanks to Rob and Continental Audi, I love my new S5. The car and the Continental Audi experience are outstanding! More
