Service here is excellent. Everytime we bring the Audi in for maintainence it's completed correctly. Everything from the simple process of a free car wash whenever I need one to spending time helping me set up the voice recognition on the car's system, Mike and the dealership's employees were so very accomodating. Not only do I love my new Audi Q5, but the comfort and attention to detail from the entire staff at Continental Audi has been exceptional. I spent three full days test driving every make/model SUV at numerous local dealerships in the area before I decided upon my Audi at Continental in Naperville. The service before and after the sale was beyond compare to the other dealerships. They have made me feel like a member of the family there and I can't imagine how I could be happier with my purchase or with their service! I am an absolute fan! More

From the opening statement that "we only make 5.5%" on our cars and "we can split that with you" it extended through a serious undervaluation of my trade in. The salesperson was extremely abrasive, unorganized and didn't seem to understand that we weren't going to be slammed into a model higher than what we outlined we were looking for. Poor communication from the dealership plagued the negotiations. They refused to take a reasonable offer, only to later accept a lower offer and complained about it. The final straw was them ending our transaction despite having a signed purchase agreement. Their sales manager was a decent guy and kept them in the game by being realistic about the situation, but in the end the salesman and General Manager exhibited extremely unprofessional behavior that leads to a recommendation that this dealership be avoided at all costs. The car is beautifully sculpted - as are all Audis. The engineering is to be appreciated. I'm not one for bells and whistles, or gadgetry. This car has features that make sense. The performance was a big selling point. Rob (Grignon) made a point of demonstrating what this car is capable of, and it is impressive. More on Rob. This is the second Audi we have purchased in two years through him. The day we purchased the S-5 we were seriously shopping for a Mercedes with no plan to even stop at Continental. To make a long story short, we stopped at Continental for a quick look-see. Rob, recognized my wife, J_____, though he hadn't seen her in two years. He took us on a "real" test drive vs. the Mercedes drive-around-the-block experience. The S-5 is a superior product, but, without someone who understands the car, and takes the time to demonstrate the performance, we might not have made the purchase that day. After the sale, Rob emailed me for feedback, and to offer his help in understanding the (many) features of the car. Rob is an outstanding salesperson - maybe the best J_____ and I have ever dealt with." You will not go wrong with this dealership, or Rob Grignon. Also, the service department should be mentioned. I could have purchased a car anywhere from anyone, but I chose to buy one from Dan, because I know he'll deal with me fairly and honestly, and his goal is to make sure you're happy. He went above and beyond to explain the features of the car and ensure my purchase was a satisfactory one. The entire process took no more than 1.5 hours. After going to many other dealerships first and experiencing high pressure sales, surprises throughout the process, and misleading/unethical behavior from salesmen/managers, Continental Audi is a breath of fresh air. It is clear that they run their dealership different from the rest and take a truly customer service oriented attitude. There were no surprises and even though I am out of state, I will be back. I could not be more satisfied. More
