I wish I could leave a zero star I had the very unfortunate experience of having to put up with Mitch as the salesperson I unfortunately had approach me when I arrived at Audi to look at the Q5 bea unfortunate experience of having to put up with Mitch as the salesperson I unfortunately had approach me when I arrived at Audi to look at the Q5 beautiful and amazing car I absolutely loved it but I could not stand having to put up with Mitch he was extremely rude and ignorant and had terrible knowledge I went else where to purchase my new Q5 that I went to Audi Westmont that had wonderful service id never recommended going to any Napleton dealership terrible customer service they obviously do not care at all for the customers managers are also a bunch of vampires that want to suck everything out of you with fake markups and other additional charged that are fake and have no purpose for the customer beside to screw then over More

We bought the car that we were looking at and are very pleased. The used car was spic and span and was meticulously cleaned and detailed. The General Manager Dan Loose even took the time to talk with us to address our financial questions and made fitting recommendations. The finance head Tiffany Mervis was very pleasant, passionate about good work, and was sufficiently attentive to our questions. The head of tech Dan Sperro was very articulate and clear with coaching us through the car specs and features. Thus dealership is a prime example of what car buying experience should be. I recommend it to anyone who wants a pleasant purchasing process and you are sure to get genuine customer care from a staff that cares about doing good work and selling good quality vehicles. More
