Worst dealership experience I've ever had. Mitch the salesman was not welcoming at all. Very rude, racist, prejudice, couldn't answer any questions asked, argumentative when asked a question, Mitch the salesman was not welcoming at all. Very rude, racist, prejudice, couldn't answer any questions asked, argumentative when asked a question, and would continuously talk over me. Do not recommend this place or salesman. I've never experienced this being this uncomfortable looking for a car in my life. Mitch is an awful person. If you hate your job and life that much that you take it out on your customers, do the world a favor and find another job not working with people. More
I’ve purchased two vehicles and I’ve had all of my service work done there over the past 15 years (even on the other 3 Audi’s I’ve owned). Many of the service reps have been there for 12+ years which service work done there over the past 15 years (even on the other 3 Audi’s I’ve owned).
