I live on the East side of Michigan and called on a Q7. Tyler did a virtual appraisal on Thursday and I drove to the dealership on Friday to pick it up. I hate to write a write like this, but we had an horrible experience and would not recommend anyone to buy a car from here. Let me begin with, I'm kind of a person who does the research before buying anythin experience and would not recommend anyone to buy a car from here. Let me begin with, I'm kind of a person who does the research before buying anything, when we walked in, we weren't welcomed, when i tried negotiating the manager (Brian) said they were OKAY to loose the deal rather than giving me $200 off. so instead i asked if they could replace summer tires to all season tires, the salesman (Tyler) told me it would cost me additional $1200. They also promised to ship an Audi coffee Mug, its been over a month and i haven't received anything. Couple of my friends also came with me as potential buyers, but with the dealership and the manager's (Brian's) attitude they will never walk in there. All these figures are just figures, but when purchasing a car I want be treated with some respect and hospitality, but guess what Continental Audi of Naperville doesn't do either. More

I was impressed with the test track and his willingness to help me understand why Audi was one of the best through its agility moves and all it has to offer. He kept things simple yet meaningful for easy understanding. I was impressed with the trade in value Victor gave me for my Mercedes-Benz. Richard Stanev was great in teaching me all the electronics and how everything worked. He was very patient and never minded having to repeat something. He even helped me program my garage door openers over the phone when I got home. He knew the vehicle very well. Well done Jeff and Richard. Great experience. More
Tyler was very attentive from the time we called on the phone until we left. We had many questions (being previous and current Audi owners of other models) and he got us all the answers we were were lookin phone until we left. We also were in contact with other staff we’d met before and all took good care of us, making sure we got the information we needed to operate the car we chose as efficiently as possibly. Great job Tyler and the whole gang at Audi once again for providing stellar service! There was a young man I don’t see pictured that helped with basically IT introduction to the car who was also quite helpful and explained in detail all the functionality of the systems. Enjoyable car buying experience, they are professional, courteous, and don't play games. I called ahead to make sure they had the car and they did when arrived. That's actually a rare thing.
