She even staying beyond close time to help answer all my questions and breakdown the costs of the particular car I chose. I came back several days later to purchase the car. Everyone who helped me in the process was so patient and nice. I am very happy with the Q5 and look forward to working with Continental Audi when I need service and repairs or need help with all the features in my new car. I took Audi Q3 certified 2019 Tango red from continental and Jake was so kind and fast with documentation to save my time as well, as I travelled from Novi, Michigan to Naperville, Illinois. The only regret I had was, I had 716 as my credit score and I was given with 18% of loan interest stating there was only one bank that would give me this loan and I was totally unhappy with this and they told that it may take 2 weeks to get all the docs, as I'm willing to do refinance. I just want to bring it as I'm spending it from my pocket. Other than this, I'm totally happy & satisfied with the car and Jake's hospitality! I would highly recommend Jake to contact him for sales!
