Scheduled a service appointment because a DTC light kept popping out randomly. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and a loaner vehicle was also provided. Robyn was very professional and went above and beyond in terms of safety by 1) cleaning up the key fobs, 2) Robyn realized the loaner vehicle tires were summer tires, so she made sure the vehicle I was given while my car was fixed was safe to drive during winter season, and 3) Robyn also brought my car into the service garage for me to transfer all my personal stuff from the loaner to my car.
