Jeff Garvey was in regular communication with me while the car was on order, then while it was being built and finally when it was in transit and I was delighted when the car arrived a couple of weeks early. Upon delivery, Jeff and his colleague Dan Spero spent a great deal of time showing me the various features of the car and making sure I was comfortable with all aspects before getting on the road. They were extremely knowledgeable about the car and its sophisticated systems. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience all around, the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our experience was smooth. A lot done via email up front and then set a time to test drive. Price negotiations were fair. People were considerate and friendly. During price discussions we were informed about the Audi Care plan and ultimately made our decision on that. Then we came back three hours later to sign all papers and write the check. As we met with the finance manager we were hit with MORE plans (with high price tags) to make decisions on. These included a tire and wheel rim package and varying levels of Audi Care (not presented earlier in the day) including Audi Care Select. This felt like a bit of a “gotcha” game. Present all the options up front. Not some up front and some at final signing. After a good day, that final hour left a sour feeling instead of satisfaction. More
