I dropped off my Audi for a diagnostic check. They called me that afternoon and said my A6 with 35K miles needed a thermostat replaced. The quote was almost $2K. I called elsewhere and received a quote that me that afternoon and said my A6 with 35K miles needed a thermostat replaced. The quote was almost $2K. I called elsewhere and received a quote that was 40% less for the same repair. I texted and called my service rep but did not get a callback. I returned to Audi the next day to get my car. My rep was not in. Maybe he had an emergency, no one mentioned anything but it would have been better if my paperwork had been passed to a rep that was there. I waited an hour to get my car once I got there. Not particularly happy with everything that happened. More
