I traded my 2013 Porsche Cayenne for a 2013 Audi Q7 S-Line. I was very upfront on my expectations (price) and Nick met the challenge. The vehicle was prepped and ready for me when I arrived. Fred inflated"costs"; and prices, wasted our time, and maniuplated us from the start. He sent us away telling us a price on a car which was $2900 higher that what was posted online. He talked about warranty costs for which other salespeople in the dealership quoted lower prices. He wasted hours of our time pretending to process paperwork and "await a confirmation email" that even the people in the dealership said he didnt do. When he encoutered something he didn't understand, he'd disappear without explanation for minutes at a time, then come back with some opaque babble. He continuously worked the phones with other customers while we sat at his desk waiting for hours. Worst of all, he was summarily unapologetic about it all. I would never buy a car from this salesperson or a from dealer that covers for this guy. He was the epitome of shady, and treated us with a casual indifference that made the entire experience ... in a word... crappy. Therefore, I can't in good conscience recommend this dealer, especially when we receieved great customer service from another Audi dealer, Fletcher Jones, and so wished we'd found our car there instead. (Fred's savior on the deal was the adept and polite Sales Manager Patrick Law, who came in and mopped up Fred's disaster, conciliated us with his attention and sticker adjustments, and followed through personally. We were impressed by Patrick's tact and inititative to help us. He's the right guy to be in charge.) More

Initially visited the "Audi Exchange" in Highland Park. They were rude, snobbish and not very willing to work with the customer needs. Then went to McGrath Audi, who listened, explained, and worked with us to buy a new Audi Q5. They treated us with respect and like family. We will stay with McGrath Audi for all of our Audi needs! I rated this dealer with very high grades because I had spoke with many dealers while looking for this particular vehicle. Nick was the only one who got back with me on a timely basis and was always able spoke with many dealers while looking for this particular vehicle. He offered the extended warranty as well as the service plan and explained every thing to me in detail. As for pricing, I felt he gave me a great deal and I didn't even have to ask for one. I purchased my first Audi (A6 3.0T) from McGrath on 8/30/2012. After a few sketchy experiences at other Audi dealers, I was initially hesitant about what I would encounter. I met Rich, had a great (QUI 8/30/2012. After a few sketchy experiences at other Audi dealers, I was initially hesitant about what I would encounter. I met Rich, had a great (QUICK!) discussion about a mutually beneficial price & trade-in offer and away we went! Rich went through all of the features of the car, gave me great info during the test drive, and I was able to close a deal extraordinarily fast. There was no pressure on the sales staff's part, nor was there pressure with financing. Actually, I got a better financing rate than what my credit union was offering me! One thing that was impressive was when Rich gave me a car tour and set up my bluetooth & garage features while the finance department finished the paperwork. No sitting in a room haggling over nickels, dimes and dollars like you would at another dealership. I echo was BMW M. stated in the 8/10/2012 review, doing my homework was immensely helpful. When you know what you're getting and you know what you're paying, it makes the experience that much easier. My preparation helped me immensely. When preparation meets expectation, it's a win-win situation. That's what my time at McGrath was...a win-win! More
