I found the car that we ended up and bought on Craigslist so we knew what we were driving several hours to get. The staff was so helpful. So we left without test driving and came to McGrath. Total time was 4 hours and 30 minutes to get there. When we arrived we were greeted by Rich. He took some information and then went to pull the car up. Because this is an Audi dealer he didn't know much about the Freestyle but I had done my research. He left it running out front and went in to get a ticket for gas. My husband and I looked everything over. We took it for a test drive and Rich rode along so we didn't get lost. We worked some numbers and then met an awesome guy in finance dept. He worked with the banks and the head guy to make the numbers work so that we could get financing. We left 4 and 1/2 hours later with a new car and I couldn't be happier. Great service! Friendly service! Honest service! I would go back anytime! More

Business and Sales manager was thorough in their style of presentation and making sure all the aspects of the sale were addressed adequately. They prepared and delivered the vehicle is a very short time knowing that we were to drive it to Indiana the same night. Overall the experience was very pleasant and enjoyable since the most important thing we observed and experienced was the dealership staff were normal people and not snooty or high headed like other luxury car dealerships and our previous experience at other in buying similar German luxury models. This is a very key selling point for the staff to treat all customers alike which will definitely guarantee more sales for them and is also the basis of our 5 star rating for the dealership. More
