Horrible dealership I regret doing business with the dealership and signing paperwork, I bought a vehicle from the dealership and was never told the car had only one key I regret doing business with the dealership and signing paperwork, I bought a vehicle from the dealership and was never told the car had only one key until It was delivered. I had to keep calling about missing car and it was very annoying that the sales person would not return my call and all he would do is send me text when I requested for a phone call on multiple occasion. The whole organization to me is a lying and xxxxty typical car sales car organization. The manager of the sales people who was useless and a liar would not own up to the fact that they should do what is right instead he would tell me that I should have asked for a second key when I purchased a vehicle. I am more than disappointed and I would never do business with the whole McGrath family of dealerships and I recommend anyone do same. Before you decide to do business with them please explore all other dealership option, doing business with an organization who does not value service and only focuses on the immediate sales should be of concern to anyone. Please watch out for this dirty lying dealership. More

Good saleman-bad service center Had a great experience purchasing my car with Sergey.. he is terrific and does everything he can to help his customers before AND after the purchase. Had a great experience purchasing my car with Sergey.. he is terrific and does everything he can to help his customers before AND after the purchase. However, they have a TERRIBLE service department and no one in there really cares about you. It's all about $$$. I have been in there a dozen times and they truly didn't care or solve any of my problems that happened to my vehicle within weeks of purchasing it. They made me contact Audi USA who also did not care about my new vehicle issues either. Overall experience in the service department was horrible. I started going to another Audi dealership for my services because I felt so bad going into Audi Morton Grove. It's unfortunate that I can't be dealing with a bunch of Sergeys there.. then it would be a much better place! More

He was very helpful and although the mazda wasnt his "Baileywick" he was very helpful and had some basic knowledge about the vehicle. He even took the time to help me empty out the contents of my vehicle and even found my Sirius Radio after the fact and he could have said sorry i'm done with you, took the time to get the tuner for me. Great service and a positive attitude. This after a terrible experience at JIDD Motors (They dont seem to check over their vehicles very thoroughly) as my mechanic found multiple things wrong with it and they refused to fix. The only issue I had with this dealership is they were very reluctant to have my mechanic check out the car before I bought it. Something everyone should do when buying a car. They finally relented, although I had to write the check and they sasid they would hold it till after my inspection. Hey if your car has been checked over by your (the dealers) Mechanic, you should have nothing to worry about. The sales manager said he had been burned in the past so he was reluctant to do so. Note: Letting a customer take it to their mechanic, it inspires confidence in the dealer from the customers perspective that they believe the vehicle is in good working order and its part of the customers due diligence when you making this much of an investment. Overall good experience and I like the vehicle so far. Thanks Dan! More

He is exceptionally polite, highly knowledgeable, and professional. Simply put, it was a great pleasure to work with him because he made the experience all about me, the customer. Walking in, I already had a car in mind that I thoroughly researched and brought the car to his attention. He did not hesitate to jump on the opportunity to reinforce my current understanding on the car, and was enthusiastic to inform me on details that I did not know. That is, he was transparent with me and earned my respect. I explored different dealers for my car, and felt that they were just repeating a script to try to convince me to purchase the vehicle, as per their job. So when I asked about past problems with the vehicles (because I did my research and this was my first car), they looked at me with a blank stare like the vehicles were divine. However, Dan H. surprised me because he readily acknowledged the issues and informed me how they were handled. A test of sorts, but I knew then I could trust him. So when everything was said and done, I drove out with my first Audi thanks in large part due to Dan H.! Furthermore, I can not say enough about the service that Dan H. provided. After having the car detailed, there was a left-over silver spray area on the right-side of my Audi. Dan told me to come in on Monday to have it buffed and removed. So I came in today, without an appointment, and had the area buffed. Dan personally approached Randy, a service consultant at the dealership, and explained the situation. Within thirty minutes, the car was ready! Amazing service! On a side note, the facility is well maintained so waiting for my car at the facility was not an issue for me. Bottom line, Dan Hoxhaj provides a first-rate experience for purchasing an Audi. Without a doubt, I highly recommend him to any individual who is looking to purchase an Audi at Audi Morton Grove. He really knows his cars and genuinely seems to care about what's best for you. I never felt any sales pitch or pressure and he gave me space look at my own pace. He even let me take a test drive by myself for as long as I wanted. When it came to negotiating the price, this was totally unexpected. I came in with a price that I thought was fair, got some quotes from other dealerships through Truecar.com, and was not planning to go above that price. So what happened? I got an offer LESS than what I was hoping to get and was given an additional $1500 off because I had a competitor's car. The car wasn't going to be ready for a couple weeks, so Ramzi looked to see if he could get me one sooner. He found one but it had some extra upgrades, but gave it to me anyway for the same price! I still had to wait a week, but the next day I got a call saying they had the same car available that day, but it's an S-line (another upgrade), but they would keep the same price. I wasn't able to pick it up until the next day, so what did they do? They brought the car to my home 2 hours later, driving into the city in rush hour traffic. I mean, who does that? By the way, I love my Audi and it is everything and more than I ever wanted in a car. More
