McGrath gouged my 86 year old Mother for over $15,500 My parents purchased a new A4 2017 from McGrath. Neither I, nor any of my 5 siblings, knew about this purchase. When we became aware and considered th My parents purchased a new A4 2017 from McGrath. Neither I, nor any of my 5 siblings, knew about this purchase. When we became aware and considered the transaction, we became furious. McGrath took advantage of my 86 year old Mother and 90 year old Father. McGrath sold them a fully loaded A4, Sport version for over list price (I guess McGrath thinks my 86 year old mother needs a high performance car). McGrath sold them an extended warranty for $3,700+, $2,700 of every possible add-on, and gave them $14,200 for their 2013 A4 with 18,000 miles on it (Kelley Blue Book is $19K to $21K). In total, my parents were gouged for $15,500+. I am a long-time Audi client and have purchased 4 Audi's. My parents have purchased 3 Audis. I know what a fair market deal looks like and McGrath gouged my elderly parents. McGrath takes advantage of elderly clients. More

I had already been to a few other dealerships, and was rather unimpressed with the staff, service, and facilities. At McGrath, I lucked out and got to work with Scott Okamura. I would recommend Scott to anyone. Scott is a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, and transparent. Absolutely zero surprises with this vehicle. I received what Scott described. The entire time, he and his colleagues at McGrath Audi seemed not just interested in selling me a car, but in establishing a more long term relationship. So far I think I'll be returning, and I would encourage anyone interested in an Audi to give Scott a call. Thank you, Scott! More

Used car purchase I purchased a used car from Dan Hoxhaj in September 2016 and have nothing but nice things to say. I held off on my review to see if my opinion would c I purchased a used car from Dan Hoxhaj in September 2016 and have nothing but nice things to say. I held off on my review to see if my opinion would change and quite frankly, it hasn’t. My car search started earlier this year and I went to Audi in Morton Grove to see if anything caught my interest. My initial visit to this location was excellent. I was first greeted by Dan, who asked my what my interests were and what I wanted. After test driving a car, I left to see what other cars were on the market. I visited multiple other dealerships and listening to the xx other salesman gave me. As an FYI, I do consider myself a car guy, so selling me on a xxx car with nothing but engine issues and multiple failures is the fastest way to lose my trust in a dealership. With my frustration, I resorted back to Audi. I found a car I wanted online and asked for Dan to help me out. Without hesitation, he was blunt about what he noticed wrong with the used vehicle and pointed out any flaws I didn’t already see. He was honest and assured me that the little things we pointed out would be fixed at no cost. This was nothing major, but things like tire tread, and a sensor needed to be replaced. Throughout my car buying experience, Dan has been nothing but nice to me and my family. The tires were replaced and the sensor was fixed. Since then, I have returned to Audi with random questions and the occasional car wash. Not only was I approached by Dan numerous times asking me how I was doing and how I liked the car, but the service crew took care of me every time I went in. The guys are always polite and treat their customers with respect. Dan’s honesty and superb customer service is the main reason I will be back to purchase my next car from him. If you need a car, I will 100% recommend you ask for Dan Hoxhaj. You will have nothing but a great time. More

Scott was the exact opposite. He's none pressure, very knowledgeable and provides an amazing experience with test drive and communication!
