Deceptive Flew in from Michigan to purchase a 2014 Audi S4. My experience upon arrival was very pleasant. My issue was when I got home. 2 weeks after owning the Flew in from Michigan to purchase a 2014 Audi S4. My experience upon arrival was very pleasant. My issue was when I got home. 2 weeks after owning the vehicle I noticed a yellow tint to the passenger rear door. There were no accidents on the carfax that they had provided so I cannot be sure what had caused it. I took the vehicle to a professional body shop who were able to determine that the portion of the door had been repainted to sub par quality. I did not see the car totally detailed until after I signed the paperwork at the dealership. Which is a huge detail because it is a white vehicle and the yellow tint is only noticeable when the car is clean. I feel as if they were hiding this fact from me as they had many chances to point it out. Given that I flew in I was not going to leave the dealership without a car that day and there were a few other vehicles i was interested in. I have reached out several times to the general manager with no response to remedy the situation and they have not once responded. Given that I choose to purchase an Audi from this dealership based on their google reviews I thought it was only appropriate to share my experience here. More
Friendly but unwilling to reasonably bargain. First I must say I've been buying cars for 40 years and this is the first time I've seen a dealer stand on his asking price, not even a single dollar First I must say I've been buying cars for 40 years and this is the first time I've seen a dealer stand on his asking price, not even a single dollar off his advertised price online despite "buttons" saying email for special "E" price. There is no special price. Stated they had already lowered the asking price previously. Then offered me 17k on my trade when KBB range was 21,500-24k, later final offered 20k for trade which was NOT in bad or fair condition... new tires, clean certainly "very good" condition, clean didn't even need detailed unlike the sale car which had pet hair inside still as well as several stains on interior pillars. That said, sales guy was polite and personable, no one was rude... they just want a killer deal for themselves on both sides of the deal and won't bend. If you don't care about how much you spend/or lose on your trade, by all means head on in... otherwise, plenty of cars and dealers out there willing to be more reasonable. Oh yeah, almost forgot this gem... I asked to see the title prior to purchase, they said they didn't have it yet, despite it being for sale over two months on their website. Make of that what you will. More

When I walked in I was met by a manager who introduced me to Dan H, Audi brand specialist, who then showed me their stock and available vehicles. Dan's knowledge of the vehicle was superb as he knew all the bells and whistles on it and was able to explain rather complex options offered on the Premium Plus model in a very simple way. In addition to that I was amazed bun Dan's ability to communicate and his general knowledge. All in all, I walked in in search of a car and just a few hours later drove off in a spectacular Audi SLine. More

Purchasing a vehicle is very stressful, from finding the vehicle that you like to making sure you are paying a fair price for it. However that it's not the case at Audi morton grove, from the moment we walked in to driving off the lot to even a few days later the service is beyond exceptional. Mohamed Husain who is their brand specialist was extremely informative and most importantly patient to the point where he even took time to compare pricing from other dealers to give me the comfort of knowing that I was getting an amazing deal. Mohamed even followed a few days later with us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase, you do not see that type of customer service these days. They accommodated all our requestes with little to no hagle and made the process quick and painless. You recieve free car wash for the life of the vehicle which is nice considering Chicago's bipolar weather. In addition their service team Randy and Arian are very friendly, you are welcomed with a smile and are treated with respect no matter how big or minute your issue is. All this is due to their GM Mike Spilotro, who emphasizes on customer service and making sure that each and every customer is treated equally with respect and care. We got to the bottom agreed price right away and he gave my a comfort that I'm getting great deal for my money. He really helped with closing the deal from very begging to the end. I have to mention though that I had a small hiccup when it came to finance. The finance manager who was closing my deal was extemerlky rude, uncooperative and pushy when it came to selling additional options for the car. I had to ask for manager to step in, as situation was getting out of control. I feel that I could have gotten much better deal on my finance interest rate, but being fed up with his arrogance and rudeness I just let it go. However, overall it was a pleasant experience. Anytime you want to buy Audi, ask for Dan H. and Reny. They will truly make you feel that you are getting the best deal. More
