Wasted Time Traded my 2016 Subaru WRX for a 2016 Audi S3 (November 17).. I wasn't going to make a deal when we came in to see the car, because I had some aftermar Traded my 2016 Subaru WRX for a 2016 Audi S3 (November 17).. I wasn't going to make a deal when we came in to see the car, because I had some aftermarket parts on the Subaru WRX. The salesman Joe Curti offered to have the dealership swap my wrx aftermarket parts to stock if I make the deal that day (its also written in the contract). We accepted and signed the papers, came back the next day to bring in the stock parts. Fast forward a week (november 22) later, we came back to get the aftermarket parts and the stock parts wasn't even swapped yet. Talked to the service department manager Randy and he assured me that the job will be done by friday. I hope I wont be wasting my time and money leaving early from work just to find another excuse. I am coming back this friday (nov 24) to get the aftermarket parts. The buying experience was good, but this delay is costing us money since we have to leave work early (we make $80/hr). We live an hour away from the dealership. Will edit the review if everything goes smooth on friday. More

Swapping out a lease It's not often that people have good things to say about car dealers, but I just had a terrific experience at Audi Morton Grove. I had 5 months remai It's not often that people have good things to say about car dealers, but I just had a terrific experience at Audi Morton Grove. I had 5 months remaining on my current A6 lease, but wanted to know about getting a new car before the lease expired. The dealer I got the car from told me I needed to wait a few months, and get closer to the lease's end. On a whim, I did an internet search for car leases and got an almost immediate call back from Chris Popa. I told him the details of the vehicle I was interested in, and he called me back a few hours later to say he had a car that fit my description, at the same lease price I am currently paying! A new car for the same money - what's not to like? I met Chris and his brand specialist, Jay Patel, the following day. They showed me the car and walked me through the paperwork. Easy and painless. These two young men (ages 24 and 20!) were aggressive in making the deal happen, but not pushy or full of themselves. Just anxious to help - and they did. I don't ordinarily write reviews about purchases or business dealings, but this experience was noteworthy. I would recommend these two gentlemen without reservation. I'd love to do business with them again when my lease expires in 3 years, but I'm guessing they may have moved from sales to ownership by then. Their enthusiasm and "we'll make it happen on your terms" approach was most welcome, and greatly appreciated! More

Jose Vallecillo was super patient with me and all of my knit picking. Chris Popa's patience was also remarkable, he really helped me figure out payments that I felt comfortable with. MY AUDI OF MORTON GROVE EXPERIENCE I brought my S5 for scheduled maintenance and was told by service advisor Randy that it will take a few hours to complete. I was told that I can have shuttle service drive me home and back to pick up the car which is a wonderful and convenient service! When the car was done I received a call from the advisor and at that time I respectfully requested shuttle service. Very shortly thereafter the driver came and we drove back to the dealership. I had a very pleasant conversation with the driver and I can honestly say that I was very impressed by his professionalism and wise behavior. I think he is an exceptional asset to Audi of Morton Grove and I strongly believe he would make an excellent salesperson!
