He’s a well rounded person and was never pushy for anything and always replied to my texts right away! Before Audi of Morton Grove I was dealing with another dealer and they had the WORST service ever, thank god they didn’t get my business and came upon Omar and Audi of Morton grove. I highly recommend Omar and his co workers as I felt welcomed and built a friendship with him and some others there. More

2017 Audi A4 defective tire We bought a 2017 Audi A4 and since the purchase have had nothing but problems with this dealership. We brought the car in because the presensors ke We bought a 2017 Audi A4 and since the purchase have had nothing but problems with this dealership. We brought the car in because the presensors kept going off and the system would brake and steer for no reason. This Audi dealership did nothing. Today, brought in one of the tires that had blown out on the highway. They indicated that we didn't buy the tire warranty from them. I told them the car only had 10,000 miles and the tire was defective and should still be under the manaufactures warranty. They said yes but we would have to go to the manufacturer. So rather than them contacting the manufacture and exposing the issue to get a replacement tire for the car they sold us. Pretty much we were left on our own with a defective tire that could have killed someone and they did nothing to try to resolve the issue. Worst service department. More
