Down to Earth, overall Great Experience. I was in Chicago from the Twin Cities for the weekend to celebrate a birthday and been looking in the market for a used Durango. Did not buy from, but still had a good experience I contacted Audi Morton Grove about a used Infiniti that they had online. Went in on my lunch break and met with Evan Freemon. Evan didn't have that "feel" of a pushy and sleezy salesman. He was courteous and efficient while we chatted about life and whatnot as he was entering my information on my potential trade vehicle. As he prepared for my test drive, he didn't bother me while I inspected the vehicle. He discussed basic information as I was looking at the under body and engine bay. During the test drive we discussed the car but also chatted about life. We came back from the drive and got to the numbers. The numbers were reasonable, pretty much as expected when you trade in a vehicle, because the dealership has to make money. That is their business. Then came a sales manager, probably a point of a deal where people sigh because most sales managers are pushy and kind of annoying. But, Chris was also a cool guy. Young, ambitious and seems good at sales. I have positive equity in my vehicle which meant I would have been able to walk out with a check in hand with the used vehicle. Even though Chris threw out pretty attempting figures my way, I still resisted because I didn't want to make any rash decisions. But, unlike most sales managers I've dealt with, Chris didn't push me to the point of being annoyed. He did allow me to sit there and think about the deal. Trying to decide what direction that I wanted to by trading down in a sense to get out of debt (thanks to Dave Ramsey), Evan and Chris let me go home and make my own decision without pushing me into something that I might regret. In the end, I decided to keep my current vehicle and pay it off fast. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle from Audi Morton Grove, it does not mean that they didn't gain a future buyer. I will definitely look at Audi Morton Grove for my future purchases. More
