I bought my first Audi at Morton on New Years Eve!! Well bought my wife her first Audi.. LOL. We had a great experience with the Sales team at Morton, Tim was amazing Sales representative, we were also loo bought my wife her first Audi.. LOL. We had a great experience with the Sales team at Morton, Tim was amazing Sales representative, we were also looking at Volvo and if it wasn't for Tim we would have probably not had a second look at Audi, but we did and ended up closing the deal on a new Q7 Prestige! Rehmon was great as well they help us with Roof Racks on the new Audi since we were driving back home to Florida (as we were visiting for the holidays). The staff was all professional and courteous, Tomas in Finance made us feel very welcome. We were the last customers on New Years Eve 2 hours before the New Year (Sorry guys for keeping you there so long). We really appreciate your dedication working with us up until the last minute. I love and car and most importantly my wife is totally in love with the Q7. I totally recommend this dealership and when my Mercedez lease is up and I'm back at my brothers, I will be in for an RS!!! More

However, managers, who were coming for the financial part of the business, completely ignored what I was saying. They were trying to hide unwanted protection plans fees, unable to explain where the payment amount came from. The woman/manager kept saying "simple math" just to try distracting me from clearly seeing all charges. I wasted 4 hrs, left feeling humililated, lied to, and disrespected Please be careful at price establishing/negotiation part of your visit, very unclear., managers, who were coming for the financial part of the business, completely ignored what I was saying. They were trying to hide unwanted protection plans fees, unable to explain where the payment amount came from. The woman/manager kept saying "simple math" just to try distracting me from clearly seeing all charges. I wasted 4 hrs, they inquired my credit, left the place feeling humililated, disrespectful, lied to. No purchase done. Please be careful at this dealer at the price negotiation part of the visit. Very, very unclear. More

This dealership is a scam. I purchased an extended warranty for 4 years/75,000 miles (additional). But when I had to use the warranty I found out the fine print read up to 75,000 miles. Then on top warranty for 4 years/75,000 miles (additional). But when I had to use the warranty I found out the fine print read up to 75,000 miles. Then on top of it I find out that Audi offers a 10 year up to 120,000 mile warranty which they never presented or offered. All they presented was their 3rd party warranty. I recommend buying your Audi elsewhere. Audi is too good of a brand to be represented by xxxx bags! More
