Couldn't say enough about Bill and the Audi Morton Grove team (Steve, Rehmon, and Jasmin). What started as an internet inquiry regarding the availability of a Q7, quickly (less than 24 hours) resulted in se team (Steve, Rehmon, and Jasmin). What started as an internet inquiry regarding the availability of a Q7, quickly (less than 24 hours) resulted in securing the car with a delivery date less than 10 days out - pretty impressive in this current, supply chain shortage time. Each of the team worked interchangeably when I had questions, ensuring me and answering all questions - 90% of which was done via email. Picked up the car yesterday, and was able to meet all of them face to face, each of them making it a point to get introduced and talk to me. Bill was especially helpful walking me through the new Q7 and all of the features of the car. He made our first Audi a great experience, making us feel great about our car. Again, Audi Morton Grove made this process simple. Thanks to all!!! More
