The experience with Audi Morton Grove was amazing from the time of the initial inquiry to delivery. Zain and Jasmine were awesome - transparent, communicative and customer friendly all through the proces the time of the initial inquiry to delivery. We worked with Antonio and his manager, Steve. Antonio was super patient with us as we test drove multiple Q5s. They had a wide selection for us to look at and let us take our time evaluating what Antonio was super patient with us as we test drove multiple Q5s. They had a wide selection for us to look at and let us take our time evaluating what worked best for our family. We had 2 little girls with us and Antonio personally bought 3 snacks for our 3 year old to keep her content during the buying process. Steve worked hard to get us under our max monthly cost. We had been looking for a vehicle for the past 3 days and are so thankful Antonio and Steve were able to make it all work out so we could leave with the car! We drove an hour to Morton Grove and would do it again to work with Antonio on our next vehicle purchase! He’s very knowledgeable and super kind. Thanks to the whole team! More
